I am not a Yoruba person, but that won't stop me from acknowledging the fact that Yoruba politics is 100% ideology based. Awolowo whom Yorubas regard as their greatest leader of all time was a Christian. When he handed over Western Region premier position to Samuel Akintola, another Christian, Yoruba moslems didn't complain about it at all as they had assumed that Akintola would follow in Awolowo's pristine ideological footsteps which unfortunately he later derailed from and they treated that fuc.k up of his. When Tinubu annointed Fashola, a moslem like himself and Yorubas' of Lagos State listened to his arguements during campaigns and debates and discovered the wealth of ideology and the soundness of logic in those arguements, BOOM!!!! they fell for his candidacy. In Ondo state since 1999, it has been four Christian governors in succession so far and no moslem in Ondo or any other SW state has ever made any issue out of that.
Even Edwin Clark a SS elder recently acknowledged that the SW is the most sophisticated region politically as their politics is about ideals and ideology rather than mundane concerns like religion et al. Other regions in Nigeria have a lot to learn from the SW as per politics in the context of religion if we truly want the good governance we so espouse all the time.

To be realistic here the man has made valid points as his party PDP is concern. For APC it must go to south for justice to all and for PDP it must go to North for justice for all too. It will left for we the masses to choose between APC and PDP.
