I copied the BB2011 Jingles online and the videos(Yoruba, Hausa, pidgin and English), burnt it on CD then distributed it to the major CD sales outlets, they play it over and over again everyday.
Am already thinking how to celebrate the BB Victory
That's a great move.

They only operate the trains once in every 4 years, once in March 2003, once in March 2007, once in March 2011.
Don't expect the train to operate until March 2015 if PDP is allowed to win this election.

one thing I noticed it that some of the video's comments were as far back as 19th September 2010 http://www.transformationng.com/all.php?num=6&id=

Do some people know about the video before it was published?

Like in all my politically related posts, I have always made it clear that I am neither for GEJ nor Buhari. That said, it is appalling when folks try to muscle out opponents with their might. The truth is the BB team have a case to answer & BB supporters should come to terms with that. A reminder; when a team performs poorly in a contest, it is the coach that take all the blame. Same here for Buhari & Bakare. They might not have been directly involved but it is a team they lead directly or indirectly. Some BB loyalist argue from one side of their mouth when I am dead sure they know the truth. How can a sane and internet-age savvy individual want to discredit BlueLabs course for justice just because the site for pursuing such course was recently registered? Did you expect buharistoleouridea.com to be in existence before this course? On what grounds and for what reason? That arguement is a inconsequential. The BB team did like some Nigerian pastors will do, they pulled sections of the Youtube TAC/TOS that suits their 'in-denial', they should read further. On why pursue this course on the web and not the court? Pls folks give me a break; the web today is a formidable platform were great battles have been started and won. The recent revolution sweeping across the ME is one. And dont be quick to forget about the Sony PS3 advert and Nigeria, it generated a lot of e-media reactions. That said, why do we all as a people attach sentiments to every issue? This just cause for a redress on IP infringement have been given a political face claiming it to be opposition instigated. Why Nigeria why? The truth here remains that the BB team has a case to answer. If they don't, why did they pull the materials from their sites?

My conclusion:
1. BB team and CPC has a case to answer
2. BB loyalist are just beating about the bush & not facing the reality of this matter.
3. Playing a blame game on political opponents is ludicrous.
4. BlueLabs have the right to launch a new website to pursue their course.

the bolded is the current most stooopid thing ever said by anyone on the internet as at today.

Look, you are saying, if i write or create a song, an article or a scientific idea, and put it for free on the internet, then I have lost all claims including IP and copyrights on that item? Do you think at all?
Whatever definition you have, it still does not give Bluelabs Limited to claim any copyrights infringement. The song belongs to Cobhams Asuquo and Omolara, not Bluelabs Limited. Get it?
PoliticsRe: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by abes(m): 8:39am On Apr 01, 2011
In August 2010, Bluelabs Limited conceptualised and developed an 'inspirational song called Transformation', to get the youth engaged in the electoral process and possibly pitch to interested parties for campaign purposes. We then produced a video (set against a montage of sweeping imagery designed to evoke a sense of patriotism) for the 'transformation' song and made it available for viewing on a website.

In March 2011, it came to our attention that the Buhari/Bakare team of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) had placed a video on all CPC's official e-channels (Buhari/Bakare Official Facebook page, youtube and the website) and the video was going viral.

To our greatest consternation, the video was set against our Transformation Song and adopted similar graphics. The feedback that viewers gave the video would have been extremely pleasing to the CPC, as many commentators remarked on how overwhelmed they were by the song, how patriotic it made them feel and how it had changed their minds tovote for the CPC.

While we were delighted at the testament to the quality of our company's work, we felt seriously aggrieved that our song had been ripped and used in broadcasts without authorisation or license from us.

It is therefore incumbent upon us to inform Nigerians and the world at large that the CPC cannot be the bastion of honesty it purports to be if it is the policy of the party to dismiss the legitimate claims of young, honest, hardworking Nigerians for just recompense for the fruit of their labour.

CPC cannot say that it respects the Rule of Law if it has abject disregard for the fundamentals of the Nigerian Copyright Act. If Buhari and Bakare staff their campaign HQ with people who have displayed no semblance of an understanding of such basic principles, what hope can Nigerians have for the kind of government they would form if elected? If their campaign office is staffed with people who think refusal of service of a letter is appropriate because elections are only 7 days away, or under any circumstances at all, can we expect them to form a decent and civil government?

The Buhari/Bakare team stole our idea. They stole our intellectual property. They have refused to even discuss compensation with us despite the adulation that our work has now garnered for them.

Support us against this injustice. Join us in our quest to demonstrate that there is no time, be it 7 months or 7 days to the elections when it is right to cheat people of the fruit of their labour.

We invite you to watch our video, then watch theirs and draw your conclusion.
Now if Bluelabs Limited claims it conceptualised and developed an 'inspirational song called Transformation' in August 2010, does that mean the original song track that was released by Cobhams Asuquo and Omolara in January 2011 is also stolen from Bluelab Limited?

Nigerian's Choice For Presidency, 2010 By Covenant University Opinion Poll Unit (CUOPU)
Nigerians' Choice for Presidency, 2011

Covenant University Opinion Poll Unit (CUOPU) is a branch of Covenant University Centre for Research and Development (CUCERD) with a sole responsibility of carrying out both physical and electronic unbiased research opinion survey of Nigerians (at States and National levels) on issues of National and International interests. The unit headed by a Professor of Communication consists of researchers from various relevant disciplines of the University like: Demography, Political Science, Sociology, System and Information Science, Computer and Information Science, Mass Communication, Mechanical Engineering and Physics. The constitution of the team ensures efficient data gathering and processing towards a credible and fair 2011 election in Nigeria. The unit carried out the first physical opinion poll survey on the preference of Nigerians for the post of presidency in the forth coming general election in October 2010. The results were published in a number of Nigerian journals.

Here we publish the electronic opinion poll result (data and chart) of December 2010 - January 2011 just before the primaries. There will be, subsequently, a monthly survey till election. This opinion poll survey done in all the 36 states of Nigeria and Federal capital Territory (FCT) Abuja is fully sponsored by Covenant University as a worthy contribution towards free and credible election in Nigeria. Detailed data and information of the survey are kept in our archive.

It is our believe that this exercise done without any bias under an ecclesiastical sense of duty and honesty shall be a reliable indicator of the choice of Nigerians for the Presidency and Governorship positions in the forth coming election.

We seize this opportunity to appreciate all the media houses joining us and other just and fair minded Nigerians in the free publication of this findings.

The interpretation of the result is left for the readers.

Director,

Covenant University, Centre for Research and Development.

(CUCERD)

This poll was done in Janauary before the primaries. Do you know how many people now have their eyes opened since then? infact, then I was still blindly following GEJ.

Can you prove to us that Bluelabs Limited has the sole right to the Transformation track. The song does not belong to Bluelabs Limited, why are they claiming compensation? compensation for what exactly huh  The song is available online for free download

Bluelabs should go afters these two video versions too since it is their intellectual property to do add pictures to a downloaded song that does not belong to them. mtshewwww

There's a sound across the nation
It's a call so clear and strong
It's a call to build our nation
It's a call for everyone
Everyone who is Nigerian
Hear the sound so clear and loud
It's a call for transformation
And the time for change is NOW

Though our tribe and tongue may differ
We are still one and the same
With one hope, one heart, one future
With one cry, one love, one name
We have the power to change Nigeria
We alone can set us free
But it starts with transformation
Yes it starts with you and me

Nigeria, Our Father land
We can build this nation hand in hand
Let 's revive and let 's reform
Let 's rebuild and let 's restore
For we are the transformation
We are stronger than before

We have had our share of battles
We have moan our days of pain
But through it all, we've stayed together
In our hearts, our hopes, we made
We believe we can better
We can reach our destiny
Only when we are transformed
Can we reach our destiny

Nigeria, Our Father land
We can build this nation hand in hand
Let 's revive and let 's reform
Let 's rebuild and let 's restore
For we are the transformation
We are stronger than before

PoliticsRe: Pdp Exposes Buhari On Corruption •gets Ribadu's Record Ready by abes(m): 8:11pm On Mar 20, 2011
Our attention has been drawn to another lousy outing by President Goodluck Jonathan’s “Chemical Alli”, Mike Omeri wherein he sought to abuse the office of the President to spread low quality rumour against the man his paymaster is handing over to in 71 days time, General Muhammadu Buhari. From under the “umblerah” (umbrella) of shame where they have been hibernating since they ran from the Presidential debate because they could not get questions in advance, Omeri ran to foul the atmosphere with a thoughtless charge that General Buhari is not sincere about his resolve to rid Nigeria of corruption. In the usual audacious incompetence of the Jonathan camp, Omeri’s only evidence to support his assertion is the fabled “53 suitcases” of 1984.

For a campaign that parades a PHD on top of its ticket, we would ordinarily expect that any subject they want to attack would be properly researched but unfortunately, the way governance in Nigeria has not seen any touch of intellect in the last 10 months is also reflecting in their puerile propaganda. For the sake of the unwary who may be tempted to believe there is any substance to this urban legend, we recap what happened.

In 1984, the Emir of Gwandu whose son was ADC to General Buhari was returning to the country from overseas. The Head of state on learning of his arrival asked his son to go and receive him at the airport as they were only playing squash at the time. Coincidentally, the Nigerian ambassador to Libya at the time, Dr Tahir Waziri arrived at the same time with the Emir with his three wives and 16 children. They all came with their belongings as he was coming home to take up a new appointment as chief of protocol to the Head of state. It was the suitcases of the family of 20 that were counted as belonging to the Emir and falsely presented to the public. General Buhari has over the years asked those who have questions over the matter to go to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who was at the head of Customs operations at the airport on the day. Now we are further suggesting this as a research topic for a doctoral thesis by the president when he hands over on May 29, 2011.

Having come clean on this as General Buhari does with all his public service records, we are asking President Jonathan a few questions as we await his threat of exposing his main challenger, a feat which his godfathers in PDP have been unable to achieve since 2002, that he threw his hat in the ring against the ruling party. Here we go:

1. Can Mr President explain what happened to the case of N104m seized from Nancy Ebere Nwosu who allegedly swore to an affidavit to the EFCC that she was laundering money for Dame Patience Jonathan?
2. What about the announcement by the then EFCC spokesman, Mr Osita Nwajah on September 11, 2006 that the sum of $13.5m was seized from another associate of Mrs Jonathan which the anti-graft body said belonged to the now first lady?
3. Any explanation on the several billions of Naira which DSP Alamiesegha left in Bayelsa coffers as at the time of his impeachment which was allegedly squandered in months by Jonathan without anything to show for it?
4. Who presided over the FEC meeting in October 2009 where a 4km runway at Abuja Airport was awarded for N64b? Late President Yaradua was already in Saudi Hospital as at the time!
5. What happened to the $30b Yaradua left in the excess crude account that is virtually empty now?
6. How come it is only Nigeria under Jonathan whose foreign reserve is depleting among oil producing nations at this time of high increases in prices of oil products?

We understand Jonathan is scared of General Buhari promise to check out what happened to the billions of dollars the ruling PDP has sunk to the power sector to give Nigeria further darkness instead of light because he has supervised that sector in the last four years. No amount of cheap shots will stop the change Nigeria awaits from ensuring that Nigerians enjoy regular power supply starting from finding out what the PDP did to put the light out so that money never pour into procuring darkness in our country again.
