wow, i was refused again, too bad.

I was at d visa section today but was told my passport will be ready 4 collection 2morow. I think they've resolved d technical problem because I saw some applicants collecting thiers today. I hope for d best cos i've in abj since sunday.

I was at the visa office in Abuja yesterday to submit my passport as part of admin review process, and I was told they are having a technical difficulty as they can't issue any visa at the moment  everybody was asked to go home to wait for their call. so i'm still waiting ooo

were you issued visa the same day you submitted your documents? Pls respond urgently.

i submitted the filled admin review for on the 6th of sept at V.I and since then, they went yar'adua until yesterday when i was told to bring those documents. Pls, only apply for admin review if you have the time to spare, you are willing to defer your admission and you're 100% sure you will win because admin review takes time, forget the 'within 28 days' you see on their site. Pls, make a fresh application if you don't have d time to spare.

i submitted a request for admin review over 28 days ago, I just called them and they told they've been trying to reach me on my mobile phone, now I was told to be in Abuja on Monday next week with my passport, statement of account and original accommodation receipt. Does this means i will get it?

Hi all,
I drive a toyota corolla 2003 model car. Recently i was driving and suddenly the steering becomes so stiff, i packed to check the power steering fluid, i only noticed that the serpentine belt has removed, i fixed it back but the power steering refuse to work since then. I hear/notice some noise at the power steering pump location. I spoke to mechanic and he told me the power steering has gone bad. Now i need you advice on the following:
1. Which one is better between buying a tokunbo/used part and a new one?
2. How much does the pump actually cost?
Please help ooo, i no too get money o.

I was at the regional office yesterday and i was advised to make a request for administrative review. I'm only posting here for guys on this forum to know my next steps, someone might learn something from it. I've already filled the request form, i'll submit it on Monday and i'll let you know as events unfold.

Inspector scobyy, the ECO acknwldge tuition payment with dat same receipt, any reason 4 dat? Besides i applied through the regional office in V.I (same add u posted above). I really feel so sad u're lol at dis issue. Is the logo on the accomdtn placement that comfirm my deposit not 4 middlesex too? Do you think d ECO dat claimed i have 2 show a maintenance of 7200gbp for a campus located in Hendon is right? Anyway 10ks 4 ur concern.

for the thread investigators/analysts, i deferred my admission from jan to sept, and i've paid all the fees since December last year.

The campus is located at Hendon.

The sch is middlesex university, and i'm very sure its not in inner london, its even on the school website.
As for accomdtn, i paid to the sch direct. No financial info was written on CAS dat was sent to me (not even the tuition which i've made full payment), so i submitted official receipts for both tuition and accomdtn.
NB: all CAS from middlesex uni have no financial info (tuition and accomdtn), u'll only need to submit the official receipt.

Let me share this funny stuff with members of the forum.
I got my entry clearance on wednesday, I opened the package on the staircase to check if there was the cursed white refusal note in the package, when I did not see white, I was so excited and told the guy beside me that I got it. When I got outside the premises, I check again and saw a white sheet, I was so upset not knowing it was the letter that my HOD wrote to them, was surprised that it was returned as it was not in the previous application, I finally checked to see that I was issued, I was so happy, but I started to feel sick. I did not get better even when I got home. I was feeling pains all over the left side of my body, and was having problems breathing, my heartbeat was unstable. I had to go to the hospital yesterday, guess what they said, they said I was suffering from anxiety disorder/panic attack. I was giving some drugs and am feeling better, but am not yet 100% OK. Just incase anyone gets ill with this on this thread pls dont hesitate to get in touch with me, I would be glad to give you the prescription,

Take it easy, just try and read meaning to the issues outlined in the refusal doc so that subsequent application can be packaged well without any issue.
BTW, It seem this is the first time I'm seeing your username on this thread if I'm not mistaken (just an observation which might b wrong)

Abes, dont feel too bad and dont give up. What were the reasons for which you were refused? Were they mistakes you may have made in your application? If they were, you could correct them and reapply if you still have enough time,

I don't think those ECOs check the forms submitted before processing the application. The ECO commented i'm required to show maintenance of 7200GBP (my uni is actually outer London, so i only needed to show 5400GBP), secondly, the ECO made no reference to the accommodation i paid (with receipt o).
I was advised to request for administrative review, and that will be my next step,

I'm in Ibadan, multilinks works fine here (75% reliable). I don't know how good their service is elsewhere. And sure you can download angel Micheal from heaven if you want to

Its like I'm stuck with wvdial for now because i can't seem to get others to work with Multilinks
BTW, multilinks dey vex this morning, i had download speed of over 400kbps (for some few seconds o)
