Borno is a joker state nobody is talking about, over 2m votes for grab, many of those voters couldn't vote in 2015 and you can guess who they'll vote for on the 23rd.

My own theory is that it's a way to counter vote buying. Loads of cash were moving around on Friday evening by party agents, by now those money must have developed wings and won't be available by next Saturday.

PDP already knew the elections would be postponed, that's why they stopped campaigning on Wednesday. This shifting of election date is to favour the PDP candidate.
All odds are against the PDP winning this elections if it were held today.
