There is technology out there to turn black and white pics and videos into color. If u dont know it by now then u are really dumb.

can you please tell us the technology that can change a black and white picture into color? I know a color picture can be changed into black and white, but the other way round?

This might be useful to anybody whose is finding it difficult to use the new MTN fastlink Huawei E1550 modem to work with Ubuntu, by default Ubuntu sees it as a storage device, but following the steps will get you going:

For 8.10 you need udev-extras, you don’t need this for 10.04 onwards:
sudo apt-get install udev-extras

Add a udev rule:
gksu gedit /etc/udev/rules.d/15-huawei-e1550.rules

What we’re doing is telling udev that when this device is plugged in to switch its mode.  Paste this and save:
SUBSYSTEM=="usb",
SYSFS{idProduct}=="1446",
SYSFS{idVendor}=="12d1",
RUN+="/lib/udev/modem-modeswitch --vendor 0x12d1 --product 0x1446 --type option-zerocd"

On next insertion, Network Manager’s mobile broadband configuration assistant will run

I was refused in September for that same reason, I think those ECOs most times are high on their job, some of them think that when a school is located in London then it MUST be in inner London. I would not recommend Admin Review because that might take forever. She should try raise the maintenance to 7200GBP, but re-apply immediately with the 5200GBP statement stating it clearly that the school is not in inner London, a cool headed ECO might work on the application. But if she is refused again (which I doubt), then she should wait for the 7200GBP statement to mature.
Note that she will need a fresh CAS for each application.

Iwo Road has been completed truly, please say something about the standard of that road awarded to Arisekola or so, im not sure on that but i heard the guy was a bricklayer before, >from history.
some protion of that road has started eating off even before the completion, they walk path are not stable, the materials used for the road after over 6months still sticks to your tyres which means every car that drives past that road takes a tiny flyspeck of the cota or wateve its called along, that displaced police office if a man is simply not performing or did everybody just woke up to diss him out of 36 govthives

Well, i don't know anything about the road contract, I only reside in Ibadan. I can confirm to you that Iwo Rd - Olodo road is OK and better than it was during his predecessor's regime. For the records, I don't like him but none has performed better.
