Now let get started, for you to register with NAFDAC, CAC and Trademark are important and make sure the two documents bear the same name. Also make sure your product is registered under the appropriate trademark class. I have found out that many products are usually registered under a class different from the product. HAH:There is no way you can by pass trademark as it is one of the mandatory requirements for getting NAFDAC number as stated in my write up. You can get NAFDAC registration within 3 weeks through fast track or 3 months through normal procedure of registration. |

Basic requirements include the following: Company Name Your Name Date of Birth Email Address 2 Passport photograph Local Government Area Full Address of the company Name of Board Of Directors with the number of their Shares in the company Name of the Managers and the Number of their Shares in the Company Name of the Legal Firm/Lawyer that is Handling the Legal Paperwork of the Partnership.
