Just imagine going to pay someone who lost a loved one condolence visit and on getting there, people leave the bereaved and start consoling you to the point that the bereaved even joins in. It can be very embarrassing I tell ya.

I don't think it's PTSD, but it might be since i dont know what you fully experience. PTSD is associated with trauma which someone has personally experienced like watching a closed friend getting killed or experiencing war etc. but sometimes, the human mind is so crazy that even if you're not physically present in a traumatic, your mind can still make you feel like you have.

So...

Do you experience a reoccurrence of events (in your mind), distress, or feel like the traumatic event is happening again or might happen?


Do you avoid thinking about the trauma in such a way that it feels like you've repressed it or do you try to avoid the distressing situation/ similar situation?


I'm asking you these questions just to get an idea of what it might be.

I feel so much pain when I hear or see someone else in pain.
I cry to the point that no tears come out of my eyes again.
During that ALUU incident I became a shadow of myself and I even blamed myself for not being there at as that time to try and stop the killing.
The thing is that such happens to me anytime I hear a bad news, I somehow feel I should have been able to do something to stop it from happening, I even feel like hurting myself and I often end up slapping myself most times.
I just hate this part of me but I can't help it, if I start crying here eh, just don't even tell me to stop cos that will trigger more tears.
Seriously I keep wondering what is wrong with me, I think I even feel people's pain more than they do and I don't like it cos people who know me think it very weird.
Please is there a way to make it stop?

Tbh I don't think you're suffering from PTSD, I think you're just an emotional & empathetic individual.

•I shave or wax my private part hairs whilst lying down on a towel on the floor.

•I don't sit on toilets. I hover on it, or put tissue on it before doing my business.

•Up till the age of 15, I used to shît in a potty.. Until my mum threw my lovely potty away.

•I can't share my cutlery with anyone.

•I smell my poo before flushing. I also like to fart when I'm all covered up in bed so I can enjoy the smell of my fart. Beans is my favourite.

•I make stories up in my head before going to sleep.

•I buy loads of different perfumes. Just to have a collection of everything.

•I put sugar in my vodka before downing it. I've been hospitalised before due to excessive consumption of sugar and alcohol. Sorry mum.

•I like watching pôrn

•I hate the goat sound when people chew their good loudly.

•I don't poo as often as other people. Thrice a week the most.
