I have always seen nairaland as a platform where issues that are current or old as d case may be,can increase the mental capacity and broaden the average nairalander's vastness on information discussed on a fully open and opinionated forum.

I am bewildered upon seeing the set of dictatorial rules you have set up for nairalanders.
Don't you see other forums bigger than yours?? Their setup and mode of operation.

Some years back, my sister had ulcer and was almost at the gates of death. This was my 1st experience of witnessing Hospital activities.
Before she was attended to at all, we had to network to know the CMD.
Thank God she survived.
A man with a shot on his leg did not get attention n lo and behold, he died right before my eyes.
For a while now, public hospitals have had cases of castigations from the public as the hospital staff refuse to treat patients quickly and adequately unless they know "people" .
I have witnessed this twice in Lagos State Teaching Hospital and countless cases in LUTH. An excuse of "there is no bed" is mostly given.

Why must the country always have bad unnecessary clauses like dis one?

I woke up sometime ago in d middle of the night and couldn't find a wee bit of sleep anymore. Thoughts of the plankman rock my head. Even as i type dis,i feel heavy hearted.
Out of all dis stimuli from d pain caused by the aluu 4 killers, let us sit our butts down and think for a while, IS IT REALLY ALUU DAT IS TO BLAME OR THE DECORATIVE LAW OUR DEAR NIGERIA BOASTS OF.

Some years back, a bike thief was lynched at fola agoro akoka round about in lagos. The guy was 1st macheted on both limb pairs and made to nod d ground countless times. He was a bursted tank of blood that day. Tyres was put in his neck and he was burnt! Did i say burnt? He was burnt to ashes. His lifeless body, half burnt was raised and more wood and tyres were inserted, just to burn the spirit out of his dead flesh. He was burnt to grains of ash. It happened like dat and absolutely nothin happpened. The town council peeps came to take his remains to d morgue after 5 days......it was really bad!
This is but a single event out of countless of such. The govt have neglected d rule of law for feeling. Where did innocent until proven guilty went. The effontery of the aluu4 killers was fueled by the fact that it was at the back of theis minds that nothin will happen afterwards. Even policemen witnessed the killing. These "thieves" are humans like us. I wonder what we will do if such a judgement is pronounced on each and every one dat steals something...WE'LL ALL BE ASHES BY NOW!
I can imagine if the boys families were not informed enough to take it up. What if there was no blackberry? This case would have gone right down the drain.
DONT GET ME WRONG. What the people of aluu did was inhuman. Lynching young people;one. Doing such wen the bb and laptops were not even accounted for. The killers should pay for their actions but new laws should follow.
OUR COUNTRY IS GOING DOWN AND IF A CHECK IS NOT MADE, REAL DEEP ISSH WILL ENSUE.
