Good afternoon Everyone!

Please, I applied for a spousal open work permit for my husband and I just received a passport request with a correspondences letter. However, he already has a visitor's visa which is still valid, so we didn't apply for a visa. We re surprised to get a PPR instead of an introduction letter to present at immigration in Canada. Please. Has anyone experienced this? What can we do?

Thank you. You can apply together and on his behalf using your own mycic account he will need to sign the use of representative form..you as his representative..

Hello Everyone.

Please, I need your help with this.

I'm currently in school in Canada and my husband who is in Nigeria wants to apply for spousal work permit. I was wondering if I have to apply for him or he should apply by himself. I need to extend my study permit next month, can we apply together?

I got a mail 2days ago that my envelop has been returned to VAC Abuja but i haven't received any message from Vfs Lagos. I submitted in Lagos and didn't request for courier service.

Congratulations for your Visa.

Please, did you get a PPR request in your child's application profile before submitting the passport or it was just one PPR in your own profile

PPR finally....Jesus did it, OMG wow

Application submitted : 13th December 2022
Biometric submitted: 16th December, 2022
Upfront medical passed: 4th January, 2023
PPR: 13th February, 2023

Study permit Application for Family of 3, myself and 2 kids. Hubby, grandmother, dad and siblings as home ties, Including landed properties and a thriving business

DIY application with lots of help from friends and Nairaland. I cant even lie, this platform is a blessing, I come here everyday to cool off my anxiety and get massive encouragement. I pray that everyone waiting will sooner than later have their PPR in Jesus name.

At the end of the day, your best bet is God.

Please, there was no PPR on my children's profile (I applied for study permit for them). Is there something wrong or this is how it goes? Am I to go ahead and submit their passports with mine irrespective?

First time application, DIY.
My imperfect application Choi!! (I was planning to do better when I reapply, I was kinda trying to prepare myself mentally for rejection. Acknowledging my application was imperfect, it wasn't easy though).

....I type and clean, write... and clean it.
I don't know what to say oooo.
Just, God did it!

Applied: 11 Oct 2022
Biometrics done: 14 Oct 2022
Medical: 26 Oct 2022 (submit medical sheet via webform 16 November and was updated to passed same day).

On 16th January 2023 I got an email Was asked to resubmit all my documents and data, all my info including name, address etc( I wan craze).
24 January 2023 I submitted and did everything they requested.

Correspondence and PPR landed this evening 30 January 2023!

Thank you Johnstan and some other people that encouraged me when the delay was affecting my mental health.
Thank you to everyone that contributes here.
It ended in praise, thank you Jesus.

May God grant everyone PPR in Jesus name Amen.

Medical was passed on the 4th of January and Eligibility started.

The forms have fields for shool name, address, tuition fee etc. Should I use mine? Those fields are required and won't validate without an entry

Please, should I apply for a study or visitor visa for my kids aged 7 and 9years. If study visa, I have to upload a letter of acceptance for them, is it my own acceptance letter that is required here?
