Congratulations you got something doing just send them all over to cover the requested period. You should have added it all initially though to give your application a strong chance of approval.

Those are guide price to lure many investors to buy them. The property may sell at 30 yo 40k ar the end. Moreso their is always legal pack you can read to know what is wrong with a house before bidding. Some nothing to fix especially in area like sunderland, durham, hull and middlesbrough.
Check past auction to have idea how much least properties were sold

I always ensure atleast 10% return on rental value of my auction property sime are more than 10% just look for the jackpot and be sure you have a solicitor ready to complete the conveyancing

Just book premier inn for 2 days as you said and let them know you have a booking for accommodation which you will go and check and make payment because you don't wanna pay without viewing it showing them evidence for viewing and you will be fine

switched to his dependant but the children who was her dependent when she has the skilled worker visa still have a long time on their visa.

Do the children need to change their visa (since the skilled worker holder is now dependent of the partner).

Best way to build account is to put huge sum the first month. Put the 3 million first month then start your normal 6 months deposit of 600k and print out the 6 months which will not show the 3 million deposited

Somebody like me is a property investor so I rather buy lots of cheap houses and pay stamp duty than buy one house for high price cos I mostly buy auction with cash. Just brought it here so other cash investors can tap in. The return 40k house will give you here is bigger than what 100 million naira house will give you in naija cos you can rent 50k house our fo 6k pounds per year in the uk but you can't rent 100 million house out 12 million per year in naija and most of those auction houses already have tenants paying rent

I want to advise you guys to be looking at buying property at auction uo north very cheap especially for cash buyers. You can get some propert as low as 30k to 50k.
