You're the problem here, thinking a medical practitioner who seeks advice from a senior colleague isn't competent enough. Even with your so called research from home, you still can't measure up with an inch of what he has under his sleeve. Collaboration with a colleague doesn't mean he's not qualified enough but to ascertain your own safety without causing more damages. Google search can only be as smart as the person using it.

Yes! There are medical radiographers but I don't think they can practice on their own but under radiologists in imaging centers.

Medical radiography is a medical course and can practice solely. Sometimes they work hand in hand with a radiologist ( who are specialist doctors) and not under a radiologist as you said. Both are of different profession

The only degree useful is nursing at the moment. Because you will write nclex and the rest. For doctors I don't know if they are still useful. They used to be useful for UK untill they stopped.
