110209 : Ruling on shortening the sides of the hair more than the middle

Question:
What is the ruling if I cut my hair all over, but I remove more from the sides because this part of the hair grows more quickly, and does not look good? Usually I cut my hair once a month; at the end of the month I have the same haircut.
Published Date: 2009-05-23

Answer:
Praise be to Allaah.
The one who cuts his hair should make it all the same length. The one who cuts his hair on the sides of his head more than the middle comes under the heading of qaza’, which is forbidden. Al-Bukhaari (5921) and Muslim (2120) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) forbade qaza’. Naafi’ (one of the narrators of the hadeeth) said, explaining qaza’: Shaving part of a boy’s head and leaving part.

Al-Nasaa’i (5048) and Abu Dawood (4195) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) saw a boy part of whose head had been shaved and part of it left. He told them not to do that and said: “Shave all of it or leave all of it.” Al-Albaani classed it as saheeh in Saheeh al-Nasaa’i .
That includes cutting some of the hair short and leaving some.

It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (5/175):
What is the ruling on leaving some of the hair longer than the rest?
Answer: Abu Dawood narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) forbade qaza’ and said: “Shave all of it or leave all of it.”

it says in Sharh al-Iqnaa’ : Qaza’ includes shaving some places on the sides of the head, or shaving the middle and leaving the sides, as most of the Christians do, or shaving the sides and leaving the middle, as many of the foolish do, or shaving the front and leaving the back. Ahmad was asked about shaving the back of the head and he said: This is the action of the Magians, and whoever imitates a people is one of them. Thus it is known that it is not permissible to leave some parts of the hair longer than others.
‘Abd-Allaah ibn Ghadyaan, ‘Abd al-Razzaaq ‘Afeefi, Ibraaheem ibn Muhammad Aal al-Shaykh. End quote.

Shaykh Ibn Jibreen (may Allaah preserve him) was asked: It has become common among women and men to cut their hair in such a way that there is an area that is 10 or 13 cm long, then they shave the hair on the sides and back of the head completely, leaving only the hair on the top of the head.

What is the ruling on that and what is the evidence? Does this come under the heading of qaza’ or not? Why?
He replied: There is no doubt that this action is wrong and is blind following of others, and it comes under the heading of qaza’. It was narrated that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) forbade qaza’; he saw a boy who had part of his head shaved and he said: “Shave all of it or leave all of it.” Moreover, this style is not beautification for either men or women, rather it is changing the creation of Allaah and spoiling people's appearance, and it is an imitation of the West in which there is no benefit, in addition to the cost involved, as it involves a lot of effort and spending money on something that is harmful, as is well known. We advise men not to adopt this western style and we advise women to stick with that which their mothers and grandmothers did, of letting their hair grow and braiding it, as this is more beautiful. And Allaah is the one whose help we seek; may Allaah send blessings and peace upon Muhammad and his family and Companions. End quote from Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn Jibreen .

Shaykh Muhammad al-Mukhtaar al-Shanqeeti (may Allaah preserve him) said: The one who cut the hair on the sides of his head and makes the hair thick in the middle of the head is included in this, because this is imitating immoral people. Some of the scholars (may Allaah have mercy on them) referred to that. We know that some of our earlier shaykhs were very strict with regard to cutting some parts of the hair and not others, and they regarded that as coming under the heading of qaza’ and they said: Either cut all of it or shave all of it. This is the basic principle we should follow, according to the scholars. The Sunnah with regard to hair is to shave all of it or cut all of it, not to cut some of it and leave some of it, because this is an imitation of corrupt people. End quote from Sharh Zaad al-Mustaqni’ .

^My brother, don't be surprised by the inconsistency in the methodology of Empiree, it's completely normal for an innovator especially the shia and Sufi.

They are not bothered by the weakness or authenticity of any hadith or tafseer, they are only bothered by what they inherited from their misguided sheikhs.

Saying that statement after recitation was never known during the time of the Prophet alyhissolaat wassalaam and his companions rodiyaLLaahu anhum. maybe his Sufi sheikhs are the first to recite Quran and finish it, he should tell us!

If a heart becomes attached to anything other than Allah, Allah makes him dependent on what he is attached to. And he will be betrayed by it.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

A person’s tongue can give you the taste of his heart.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

Patience is that the heart does not feel anger towards that which is destined and that the mouth does not complain.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

There are six stages to knowledge: Firstly: Asking questions in a good manner. Secondly: Remaining quiet and listening attentively. Thirdly: Understanding well. Fourthly: Memorising. Fifthly: Teaching. Sixthly- and it is its fruit: Acting upon the knowledge and keeping to its limits.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

Understanding
When Allah granted Prophet Yoosuf (`alayhis-Salaam) physical beauty it caused him to be locked up in the prison; but when Allah granted him knowledge (when he interpreted the dream of the king) it not only took him out of prison, but elevated his rank in society, clearly showing us the virtue of knowledge and that physical beauty does not mean anything.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

Truly in the heart there is a void that can not be removed except with the company of Allah. And in it there is a sadness that can not be removed except with the happiness of knowing Allah and being true to Him. And in it there is an emptiness that can not be filled except with love for Him and by turning to Him and always remembering Him. And if a person were given all of the world and what is in it, it would not fill this emptiness.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

Be sincere in your aim and you will find the support of Allaah surrounding you.

Ibn Qoyyim quotes:

Happiness is attained by three things: being patient when tested, being thankful when receiving a blessing, and being repentant upon sinning.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

Had Allah lifted the veil for his slave and shown him how He handles his affairs for him, and how Allah is more keen for the benefit of the slave than his own self, his heart would have melted out of the love for Allah and would have been torn to pieces out of thankfulness to Allah. Therefore if the pains of this world tire you, do not grieve. For it may be that Allah wishes to hear your voice by way of Dua'a. So pour out your desires in prostration and forget about it and know; that verily Allah does not forget it.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

This wordly life is like a shadow. If you try to catch it, you will never be able to do so. If you turn your back towards it, it has no choice but to follow you.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya

His Spiritual Life

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya was an avid and a resolute worshipper. He devoted long hours to his supererogatory nightly prayers, he was in a constant state of remembrance (zikr), and he was known for his extended prostrations. One could see on his face the clear expressions of piety, and constant solicitation of God’s bounty and favors.
During Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya’s imprisonment in al-Qal’a prison in Damascus, he was constantly reading the Qur’an, and studying its meanings. Ibn Rajab noted that during that period of seclusion, he gained extensive spiritual success, as well as he developed a great analytical wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of the prophetic traditions.

Upon his release, he performed the pilgrimage to Mecca several times, and sometimes he stayed in Mecca for a prolonged period of devotion and circumambulation of the holy Ka’aba.

His Works

Al-Nu’man al-Alsi al-Baghdadi once said: “His interpretations are unique in accuracy.” The renowned Muslim scholar al-Thahabi once said about him: “He gave great attention to details and references of the prophetic traditions.” Furthermore, Shaikh Burhan al-Deen al-Zari’ spoke of him saying: “No one is as cognizant as Ibn al-Qayyim was in his time.”

Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya’s contributions to the Islamic library are extensive, and they particularly deal with the Qur’anic commentaries, and understanding and analysis of the prophetic traditions (fiqh-u Sunnah).
He compiled a large number of studies besides his own books, including:

1- Tahthib Sunan Abi Dawoud ( Emendation of Sunan Abi Dawoud );

2- Al-Kalam al-Tayyib wa-al-‘Amal al-Salih (T he Essence of Good Words and Deeds );

3- Commentaries on the book of Shaikh ‘Abdullah al-Ansari: Manazil-u Sa’ireen ( Stations of the Seekers ), and

4- Zad al-Ma’ad ( Provisions of the Hereafter ), from which this book on the Medicine of the Prophet is extracted, besides other manuscripts copied with his own handwriting, and which are preserved in the Central Library in Damascus, Syria.

Ibn al Qayyim al Jawziyya died in the city of Damascus the year 751 AH/1350 C.E., when he was scarcely 60 years old, and was buried at the cemetery of Bab al Saghir, near the grave of his father – Rahimahuma Allah

691 – 751 AH (1292 – 1350 CE )
Sham Al-din Muhammad Ibn Abi Bakr, Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya. He was born in a small farming village near Damascus, Syria in 691 A.H./1292 C.E, and he studied under his father who was the local attendant (qayyim) of al-Jawziyya school. Later on, he pursued his quest for knowledge at the hands of renowned masters and scholars of his epoch, as well as he studied the works and teachings of sufi masters known in his time. His schooling centered around Islamic jurisprudence, theology, and the science of prophetic traditions.

In the year 712/ 1312 at the age of 21 he joined the study circle of Imam Ibn Taimiyyah who kept him in his company as his closest student and disciple, who later on became his successor.

Ibn al-Qayyim was fervent in his devotion to his teacher, and he was an excellent student and disciple of the great Muslim scholar Imam Taqiyyu-Deen Ahmad Ibn Taimiyyah. He defended his religious opinions and approaches, and he compiled and edited most of his works, and taught the same.
Because of their perception and opinions, both the teacher and the student were unjustly persecuted, tortured, and humiliated in public by the local authorities then, and they were imprisoned in a single cell, while other disciples were kept separate in the central prison of Damascus, still known to-date as al-Qal’a. Among the imprisoned scholars, there also was a young man named Ibn Kathir who later on became as the most renowned Muslim scholar and compiler of the most comprehensive Quranic commentaries ‘Tafsir Ibn Kathir.’

Upon the death of Imam Ibn Taimiyyah, the disciples were set free from prison, and Imam Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya furthered his studies, and held study circles and classes for his own students. Ibn Jawziyya taught Islamic Jurisprudence at al-Sadriyya school, in Damascus, before he held the position of the Imam of the Jawziyya school for a long period. Most of his writings were compilations, although he authored several books himself, and manuscripts with his own handwriting are preserved today in the central Library of Damascus.

In fact, it was considered an honor and a privilege to study in his circle. Among the renowned Muslim scholars who studied under him, we mention Ibn ‘Abd al-Hadi and Ibn Rajab and others who oft-frequented his circles, and sought his company, such as Imam Ibn Kathir.

Most scholars of the time have acknowledged the author’s excellence, and profound knowledge of Quranic interpretation, commentaries on the prophetic traditions, and theology. His extensive knowledge and understanding of Quranic commentaries surpassed even some renowned theologians in Islamic history.

Ibn Kathir spoke of him in his book ‘Al-Bidaya wa-‘Nihaya, saying: “He was most friendly and kindhearted, he never envied anyone, he never caused harm to anyone, he never bore prejudice against anyone, and I was the closest to his heart. Furthermore, I do not know anyone who is more devout in his worship than him in our time.”

A similar opinion also was quoted by Ibn Hijr.
Ibn al-Qayyim catered to all the branches of Islamic science, and was particularly known and commended for his commentaries. Al-Hafiz Ibn Rajab spoke of his teacher, saying: “He was an accomplished scholar of Islamic science, and no one could rival him in his deep understanding of the Qur’an and prophetic saying, and his interpretations were unique in accuracy.”

Ibn Rajab narrated that his teacher Imam Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya learned the science of prophetic sayings (Hadith) from al-Shahab al-Nabulsi, Qadhi Taqiyyu-Deen Sulaiman, and Fatima Bint Jawhar, among others. During his early student life, Imam Ibn al-Qayyim sought the company of most shaikhs of his period, and he was particularly proficient in interpreting the Hanbali Muslim school of thoughts.

Islam for Muslims / Marriage Of Aisha @ 9 by AbuuBilaal(m): 4:10pm On Feb 21, 2017
Copied......

MARRIAGE OF AISHA @ 9
.
This is so STRANGE why ?

I checked one page on Facebook our bothers were
busy in argument with Christians
about the age of our Mother Aisha (R.A) and many of
us can't defend our selves on this issue but lemme
make it clear.

-while the disbelievers were busy calling
HIM(Prophet PBUH) a pedophile.

-the muslims were busy faulting sahih
bukhari so as to "cover-up" the issue.

-the aged were like: that's extremism.

Aisha radiAllahu anha said, I was given in
marriage to the rasul salallahu alayhi
wassalam when I was 6yrs old, and he
consummated the marriage when I was 9
( bukhari)

Rather than call it a da'eef hadith, to please
ur non-muslim friends who are insulting ur
rasool, just be silent,or ask the scholars and
read more about seerah and perhaps Allah
may grant u d hikmah behind it.

Have u ever asked urself?

Why is it that during the days of quraysh,
they called the rasul:

Magician, madman, and the likes but NEVER
called him a pedophile?

They never raised any question about his
marriage to Aisha (R.A), why?

Bcoz it was NORMAL at that time, girls at
dat age were suitable for marriage at dat
time, did u know:

-saint augustine (350AD) married a 10 year
old girl!

-king richard 11 (1400AD) he married a 7yr
old girl.

-henry Viii (1500AD) he married a 5yrs old
girl.

Even in the BIBLE it says:
....But save for yourself every girl who has never slept
with a man (numbers 31. 17:28)

According to the catholic encyclopedia,
mary the mother of Jesus was 12 when she married
the 99 years old joseph.

Before 1929, church of england ministers
could marry 12yrs old girls in britain.

Up till 1983, catholic canon laws permitted priests to
marry off brides at the age of 12.

In the united states, back in 1880, in the state of
delaware, the minimum age for marriage was 7yrs
and in california it was
10.

So aisha radiAllahu anha was NOT a child when she
was married!

We live in a society where good is
condemned at every slight opportunity but evil is
encouraged even when its flaws are
crystal clear.

How strange!

The Nigerian constitution says:
An 18yr old can vote

An 18yr old can go to jail

An 18yr old can contest for political positions

An 18yr old can travel outside d country all alone.
.
And YET, an 18yr old can't marry?

But our 12yrs old Girls are having boyfriends!
.

Did u know?.
.
When safiyyah bint huyay was married to the rasul,
she was just 17yrs old? And that
was her THIRD marriage
She was initially married to salam ibn abi haqiq and
later to kinanah ibn abi haqiq!.

Imagine how old she was during her first
marriage?

Are u clarified now?

those still doubtful, Go back to ur village
and ask ur grandmother how old she was when she
got married!.

Uthmaan bin Saeed Al-Daarimee (died 280 H): “And it is agreed by the Muslims and non-Muslim alike that Allah is above the Heavens.” He also said: “And it was agreed upon by the Muslims that Allah is above His throne, above His Heavens.” [6]

Imam Abu Bakr Al-Aajiree (280 – 360 H): “And the belief that the scholars have adopted is that Allah is above His Throne, above His Heavens and his Knowledge encompasses everything” [7]

Other Scholars that have narrated Consensus on this Issue Include:

Abu Hatim Arazee (died 277 )
“Our Madhab (our way) and our choice is following (the example) of the Prophet of Allah and his Sahaba (companions) and the Taabi’oon (the students of the Sahaba) who came after them,
And (also) to hold firm to the Madhab of the scholars of Hadith, the likes of Ashafe’e and Ahmad and Isshaq and Abu Abaid may Allah have mercy on them. And (also) to keep to the Qur’an and the Sunnah. And we believe that Allah rose over his throne (and is) separate from creation, as Allah says:
“There is nothing like unto Him, [8] and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.” [9][10]

The Scholars Who Narrated a Consensus ( Ijma) on Allah Being Above the Heavens Above His Throne
Alot of innovators these days do not feel any shame in attributing lies to Allah and twist the meaning of Quranic verses according to their desires. This Article will not only prove that there is Ijma of the scholars of this Ummah that Allah is above the throne, rather it also contains responses to the Proofs presented by the Innovators in order to justify that "Allah is every where" e.g See the statement of Abu Umar Al-Atalmanki (rah).

Imaam al-Awzaa'ee (88 – 157 H) said: "We and the Taabi'oon [1] unanimously say: Verily, Allaah, the Glorious, has mentioned that He is above His Arsh (Throne), and we believe in what is related in the Sunnah regarding His Attributes." [2]

Qutayba bin Saeed: “This is the view of the Al-Aemaah (the scholars) in Islam, and the Sunnah and Jammah confirm this that our Lord is above the seventh Heaven, above his throne, just as He says:
“The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne Established.” [3][4]

Ishaac bin Rahiwayah (166 – 238 H): “The Ijma (consensus) of the scholars is that Allah is above the Throne which He rose over. His knowledge encompasses everything (including) what is beneath the seven earths.” [5]
Islam for Muslims / Re: Evidence That Allah Is Exalted, High Above His Creation And Above The Heavens by AbuuBilaal(m): 3:52pm On Feb 21, 2017
(3) The consensus of the scholars: The salaf (pious predecessors) agreed that Allah is above heaven, as is reported by scholars such as al-Dhahabi, may Allah have mercy on him, in his book Al-‘Aluw li’l-‘Aliy al-Ghaffar.

(4) Common sense: Highness is a quality which is associated in people’s minds with perfection. If this is the case, then it should be attributed to Allah because every absolute perfection should be attributed to Him.

(5) The innate instinct of man (fitrah). There should be no dispute that man instinctively knows that Allah is above heaven. Whenever something overwhelming befalls a person, and he turns to Allah for help, he looks towards heaven, not in any other direction. But it is strange that those who deny that Allah is above His creation still raise their hands in supplication to no other direction than towards heaven.

Even Pharaoh, the enemy of Allah who disputed with Moosa (peace be upon him) about his Lord, told his minister Haman (interpretation of the meaning):

"O Haman! Build me a tower that I may arrive at the ways, - the ways of the heavens, and I may look upon the god of Moosa …" [40:36-37]
He knew in his heart of hearts that Allah is real, as He says (interpretation of the meaning): "And they belied them (those ayat/signs) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their own selves were convinced thereof …" [27:14]
These are a few of the indications that Allah is above the heavens; this proof comes from the Quran, the Sunnah, the consensus of the scholars, common sense, man’s own instincts and even the words of the non-Muslims.

We ask Allah to guide us towards the Truth.
And Allah knows best.
Islam for Muslims / Re: Evidence That Allah Is Exalted, High Above His Creation And Above The Heavens by AbuuBilaal(m): 1:47pm On Feb 21, 2017
(2) The Sunnah: Many reports were narrated "mutawatir" (i.e. with a large number of narrators at every stage of the isnad/chain, such that it is impossible for them all to have agreed on a lie) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), describing his words and deeds and things of which he approved. For example, he used to say "Subhana Rabbi al-A’la (Glory be to my Lord Most High)" in sujood (prostration), and in some ahadeeth (reports) he is reported to have said "By Allah Who is above the Throne."

Among his deeds is the gesture of pointing up with his finger, when addressing the people in the greatest gathering, on the Day of ‘Arafah during his Farewell Pilgrimage. He asked the people, "Have I not conveyed the message?" and they said, "Yes!" He asked again, "Have I not conveyed the message?" and they said, "Yes!" He asked a third time, “Have I not conveyed the message?" and they said "Yes!" Each time, he said: "O Allah, bear witness!" - pointing up to the sky and then at the people. He also used to raise his hands towards heaven when he made du’a (supplication), as reported in many ahadeeth. This is proof via his actions that Allah is exalted and high.
An example of an approval of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) which indicates that Allah is exalted and high is the hadeeth (report) concerning the young slave girl, to whom the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Where is Allah?" She said: "In heaven." He asked, "Who am I?" She said, "The Messenger of Allah." So he said to her master: "Set her free, for she is a believer."

This young girl was uneducated, as many are, and she was a slave, but she knew that her Lord is above heaven. Some misguided people deny that Allah is above heaven, and say, "He is neither above nor below; neither to the right nor to the left. He is everywhere!"
Islam for Muslims / Evidence That Allah Is Exalted, High Above His Creation And Above The Heavens by AbuuBilaal(m): 1:44pm On Feb 21, 2017
Some people say that Allah is above the heavens (according to one of the verses of the Quran), and may scholars say that Allah exists without a place, since only the creation has the characteristic of needing a place and we know the ayah "Laysa-ka-mithli-he-shay" - (proving Allah does not resemble His creation); is He everywhere, existing without a place, or above the heavens?

Praise be to Allah,
The people of Sunnah and Jama’ah (adherents to the prophetic way) believe that Allah is exalted above His creation because of the evidence of the Quran, Sunnah (prophetic traditions), consensus of the scholars, common sense and man’s innate instinct (fitrah).

(1) The Quran describes the "exaltedness" or "highness" of Allah in different ways, as His being high and above, and by describing how things come down from Him, and go up to Him, and by stating that He is above heaven. For example (interpretations of the meaning):
(Highness):

"… and He is the Most High, the Most Great." [2:255]

"Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High." [87:1]

(Above):
"And He is the Irresistible, above His slaves …" [6:18]

"They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded." [16:50]

(Things coming down from Him):
"He arranges (every) affair from the heavens to the earth … " [32:5]

"Verily We: it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e., the Quran) …" [15:9]

(Things going up to Him):
"… To Him ascend (all) the goodly words, and the righteous deeds exalt it …" [35:10]

"The angels and the Rooh (Jibreel) ascend to Him …" [70:4]

(Allah is above heaven):

"Do you feel secure that He, Who is over the heaven, will not cause the earth to sink with you …?" [67:16]

Sheikh bn Baaz is an icon indeed, his most noticeable attributes are:

#his vast knowledge

#his generousity

#his being approachable and accomodating

# his striving in getting poor men's rights for them by interceding on their behalf before the rulers

# his utmost time consciousness

# his humility and humbleness, he was never shy or nervous to say "I don't know" when asked a question if he didn't know the answer even at public lectures.

#his deeds show the purity of his heart. When Albany was at Saudi as a lecturer, his classes were always loaded with students but bn Baaz's class wasn't as loaded. he never had hatred or jealousy because of that.

As you can see the cousins are not listed. so cousin marriage is perfectly fine and permissible irrespective of the distance and generation.

We hear and we obey, that's why we are called Muslims.
if you don't believe in the Quran then you need not dabble into this issue because it's not a matter that concerns you.

Allah has mentioned the prohibited women in the Quran, no addition and no subtraction.

Surah An-Nisa, Verse 23:

Forbidden to you (for marriage) are: your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your foster mother who gave you suck, your foster milk suckling sisters, your wives' mothers, your step daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom you have gone in - but there is no sin on you if you have not gone in them (to marry their daughters), - the wives of your sons who (spring) from your own loins, and two sisters in wedlock at the same time, except for what has already passed; verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Thank you.

Buhari was ones a dictator and he's even acting like one now., a democratic government under a constitutional law does not ignore court order no matter what, even Donald Trump didn't ignore court orde cryr on travel ban.

He(buhari) rarely respond to the people's complain, acting president Osibanjo responded to the two recent national protest which am very sure baba will not do, na one confused Femi Adesina will be ranting all over twitter.

Question: how many legs has a rabbit?

Answer: the sparrow has two wings

Lol grin grin so many lousy "daleel" flying around in this thread.

Allahulmusta'aan.

I've already kept silent and decided not to respond to any of them anymore. I've done my job which is to explain to them, whether they heed or not is left to them.

I ask Allah to make me steadfast and end upon the path of our righteous predecessors, I also ask Him to guide them to the right methodology of practicing Islam.

My sister, the belief that there is another prophet after Muhammad alyhissolaat wassalaam is disbelief and it takes one out of the fold of Islam and makes one go to hell forever without any help.

Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 40:

Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever AllAware of everything.

These people don't know that they are enjoying the protest and fight our fathers did to get freedom. They think it was an imaginary miracle. cheesy

How i wish I have time machine, I will just teleport these yeye stoic people back to Adolf Hitler era, not even Abacha era. cool

Seems you are ignorant of who Hitler was.

The Germans of Hitler's time were far better off compared to the Nigerians of today.
Hitler was a saviour of the Germans, however he was aggressive in his defense of the German blood. Till today Hitler's constructions such as the Autobahn are enjoyed by the Germans.

No reasonable German would hate Hitler at the time. The evil in Hitler's regime was his attempt to subjugate every other race or wipe it out if it failed to be subjugated.

Talking about Abacha and military regime. The creme de la creme of our infrastructures in this country were built by the military. You need to open more than your eyes to see it. Because I can see that your hatred for the military has blinded your eyes
The democrats are struggling to maintain the infrastructures

; pls lets be sincere to ourselves. Bro pls did you say thesame thing when there was a protest against gej regime? Or you are just saying this because buhari is a muslim? Are you talking about thesame democracy that is fully against islam in all ramification? Bro pls stop this all you quoted is not for Democratic leader but sharia.

Okay, I'll be perfectly honest with myself and you, I never supported the protest against GEJ. Some Muslim clerics joined the protest against GEJ I remember, I and my colleagues rebuked their deviation.
Satisfied?!

Yes, democracy is a system disapproved in Islam, but once he becomes the leader even through it, we accept our fate by obedience and advice.

Even if he got to the post through rebellion (which is even greater a crime than protest) we will obey him because not doing so will lead to spilling of blood which is one of the five basic things Islam has come to safeguard.

So, he will account for his leadership (how he got there and how he used it) with Allah, so also we will account for our obedience to him

The religion of Allah is one two or more contradictory things cannot be correct at the same time and place.

Only one of those numerous sects is true, any one who wishes good for himself in this world and the hereafter should pray and strive hard to achieve the truth. If you are really sincere in your search Allah will guide you to the right path.

Surah Al-Isra, Verse 25:
رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِي نُفُوسِكُمْ إِن تَكُونُوا صَالِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لِلْأَوَّابِينَ غَفُورًا

Your Lord knows best what is in your inner-selves. If you are righteous, then, verily, He is Ever Most Forgiving to those who turn unto Him again and again in obedience, and in repentance.

The way of the righteous predecessors i.e Prophet's household, his companions and all those who follow them till the day of qiyamah, that is the one and only right path.

Allah says:

Surah An-Nisa, Verse 115:

And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers' way. We shall keep him in the path he has chosen, and burn him in Hell - what an evil destination.
