comrChris: Did i hear you say luck located us? You must be insane to say that, Afikpo that first experienced civilization and miles ahead every other local govt academically is what you are asking where there were.
Well i dont blame you,if not for the foolishness of Akanu Ibiam who claimed it was not wise to have one developed town in a state and gave abakaliki the state capital to make it develop Afikpo was the best place for the capital..you can do your findings @ur last paragraph, that's the thinking of Afikpo person towards his fellow stateman. Egypt is also the cradle of civilization, today where is Egypt to other developed countries? What you have in Afikpo is old dilapidated town devoid of planning. Fuuuk off. |

comrChris: Let me just believe you are joking, if you know what Afikpo or Ebonyi south mean to Ebonyi state you wouldnt open that your mouth to talk nonsense Well whatever you meant for Ebonyi is ur own cup of tea, have you ever seen any other Igbo guys tearing up their state to feel superior. You always answer Ebonyi man when it suits you and deny her when the occasion arises. Have you forgotten that I single handedly brings Ebonyi to lime light in this Nairaland when most of u don't want to identify with her. Again stop that nonsense talk about Afikpo being the cradle of civilization, it is only Ebonyi that brings you to the fore. I'm done tearing my state apart with nobody. Ezza Ezekuna is the head and tale of Ebonyi state. |

comrChris: Umahi is doing a good job at abakaliki but someone should tell him that all those disco n shiny shiny lights at every junction is boring n immature.
and again he should tell us what Afikpo people did to him for neglecting Afikpo, he is constructing roads and giving street lights to all the local govts but has refused to award anyone in Afikpo(a home for the intellects, education backbone of ebonyi). even though he contested with prof.Onyebuchi Chukwu, he still won in Afikpo...we all know that Afikpo people dont give an ish about ebonyi politics because they still believe they are not supposed to be in the same state with abakaliki people but that should not give the govt the right to neglect them, afikpo people are wonderful and intelligent people,if you are from ebonyi you will know this, that town has suffered negligence from past govts n is still suffering it from this present govt....
Dave should better do something before its too late for him Yes Afikpo is not suppose to be in Ebonyi state because we in Abakaliki zone don't consider you people as NdíIgbo, your language, behavior and every other thing is quite different from ours. Who are you before luck located in joining Ebonyi state? Ka m nukwa fim again from that your mouth... Ezza Ezekuna have spoken |

FBIL: Water is not running anywhere in Abakaliki! All the industrial projects brought by the former Governor, Mr. Elechi, have either been abandoned or rubbished by Umahi's administration. Check out Oferekpe Water scheme, Ukawu water scheme, Ebonyi Pipes production Company Ltd, Ebonyi Waste Recycing Industries Ltd, Califco Power Plant Ltd etc.etc., all these were Elechi's projects abandoned. The only one among them that was actively producing pipes was the Pipes Company but the love for money and inability to separate Politics from engineering made the Governor to use his brother who is a lawyer to replace one young PhD holder who was said to have trained in everything about Pipes Production and who assisted Elechi to procure the machines and installed them as well. Umahi could have bn good but he is unstable with decision and works with text messages from tomato Sellers. Similarly, 3 water fountains at govt house, Udemezue roundabout, Abacha roundabout are all same designs, look boring, monotonous and lack awesomeness of what one could see at Uyo Akwaibom State. By and large, his overhead bridges at PRESCO roundabout, Spera in Deo Junction are fantastic but it's not necessary at Ebonyi Hotel Junction. What Umahi regime should do is to create more new roads that will engender new satellite towns around Abakaliki to help decongest the town and reduce costs of house rent. People are seeing artistic works on all walls & fences and putting disco lights inside water fountains as mere cosmetics. He should extend development to rural areas but I doubt because he already has overbloated his regime with numerous appointments of techical assistants. He's trying his best, anyway! Thanks my brother. After Nkwegu military section of the state, there's an areable land wasting down to Onueke. In fact Elechi remains the best Ebonyi have produced forget those roads painting. |

Smh! for the OP and the Mods. The Op made a mistake of not showing both the pitch and the stand, he only concentrated on the vip stand. I've posted the pitch up there |

afonjadie: my brother no body is rubbishing any thread and tone down on the words you choose to use on brothers, as your comment alone is enough to riddle this thread to zero, should they take your comment personal.
Let's be wise, well when I made my first comment I was simply appreciating the strides made so far in Ebonyi while showing displeasure at my own state governor it didn't go down with my fellow Anambrarians and I apologized.
However your tone is this post and from a brother that is outrightly rude and uncalled for check that of the other posters and see how they called posters to order even Chino simply said his calmly so please, rephrase your post.
