Car Talk › Re: Which Is The Best Cost Effective New Tyre? by achi4u(m): 9:59am On Mar 18, 2017 |
Flashaldrin: Hi nairalanders!
I bought a fairly Nigerian used Toyota Camry 2006 model early last year, and they came with recently changed tires according to the owner, all of the tyres are model contiroveter evolution with manufacture date of 22/14. They all look OK.
However on my way to my PPA in Benue last month, two of the tires had issues, one ripped completely on my way, while the other irreparably wore down at the centre when I got there.
Now I'm planning on changing all tires. Please I will appreciate any advice on the best cost effective tires for replacement and their current relative prices.
Thanks. Maxxis R15 - 21, 000 in Abakaliki don't know about ur location. |

Feraz: Achi4u, see what I am saying because I know you hold the view below in bold. Your governor is the Chairman of the SE forum. I hope they always unite and discuss serious issues whenever they meet.
I'd really like to see the integration of SE states.
Don't be a dork! What is the meaning of this? People like you always make others see Anambra as supremacists.
Dear all, please, ignore this troll. My brother I'm just tired of this people with their shallow thinking. |

Apart from politic and some local dudes among us(we have them here in Nairaland), Igbos are the most United tribe in this country. Could you imagine an Abia man training a little boy from Imo state or from any other state of igboland, this can not be said of any other tribes. I'm from Ezza in Ebonyi state and was trained as an apprentice and after seven years I was settled by an Anambra man from Aguata LGA, today the two families cannot do without each other. There's a deep hidden unity in Igbo land and makes our enemies to be dividing us through. In every where we find ourselves, we always have 'ezendigbo' |

You don't need to ban foreign rice rather make local rice cheap. The gap between the price of foreign and local rice is just 2 to 3k per bag so it is left for you to choose between the two. Abakaliki rice is very sweet and can last forever with little or no stone. |

Health › Re: Me And My BP by achi4u(op): 9:39am On Oct 17, 2016 |
Contact17: How was your blood pressure taken? Were you under stress or pain? You mentioned your blood pressure is 190. I am guessing that's the systolic pressure. BP consists of two numbers systolic/diastolic. For example 120/80. So when you say your bp is 190, what is the number below it? Next time you get your bp done, ask about it.
Now,any bp > or = 180/120 is considered hypertensive crisis and should be lowered immediately to avoid damage to target organs( for example, kidney).Do you have a medical history of hypertension? Or is it something you noticed when you started medicating? I think you should get your bp retaken and you should be monitor it for a while.
With regards to the pain medication you are taking, did your doctor prescribe that for you? Or are you self-medicating? I think you should just go see a doctor. In the meantime, don't stress about it, stress will only cause your bp to rise. Dear, I noticed it when I started taking self medication, I can't remember the last time I check or see a doctor because I hardly had stress or illness except this my knee injury. The numbers read-190_113 and 52 I don't know what those numbers meant and the young girl that didn't give me a comprehensive answer. I hardly get stressed |

Mass revolt won't happen in Nigeria due to our tribalism, nepotism and ethnicity but surely Buhari is going down gradually. The Biafrans won't vote him again as usual but still Apc will still maneuver things and have their way. |
