With the recent happenings on this thread, there is nothing normal about IRCC..

1. We just saw some hours ago of an applicant that got PPR without medicals.
2. Also early this week we saw an applicant that got rejected despite her GCMS note obviously showing he/she will be approved.
3. And ghost updates coming up even after Final decision..

So u could have an overturn of your refusal and get an approval, since nothing is normal with IRCC at the moment..

Just order for your notes so we will know what's going on.

I got a mail early hours of today that my application status has changes. I Logged into my profile but I didn’t see anything new.

Does anyone have an idea the reason behind this Or what it means? I’ve applied for my gcm note though.

I’m not even down even though I thought I will if this happened. Please suggest to me the quickest way I can apply and get my gcms note.

Below is my timeline. Please I will need all the assistance I can get with reapplying. Thanks for all your help guys, it Will end in praise.

NSE request - April 22 (Declined NSE)
Upfront medicals - August 10
Visa declined - August 18
This is my first application.

Meanwhile During this whole period, I had submitted through webform, birth certificates of my father and siblings to prove family ties.
I also submitted by webform employment letter and worker’s ID, and the portal hasn’t acknowledged till this decision that my Additional documents were reviewed.

I don’t know why they’re saying purpose of visit as an excuse, I studied till only 200levels between 2014-2016, I submitted my transcripts too to prove this, and I explained in my LOE that I wanted to finish my undergraduate education.

From this documents you listed, i note that you did not mention anything about your employment, also your SOP might not be convincing to the V.O However order for your GCMS notes to know the V.Os concern.
Are you fully into Music? And what course are you going to study?

Await more inputs from the gurus.

studying engineering and currently work in an engineering firm

Sorry about your refusal, you will have to upload all documents from the scratch including the new ones you want to add. I can see 3 reasons for refusal from what you uploaded.
Purpose of Visit, employment situation and family ties. Please dont give yourself too much pressure to reapply, list the documents you submited for the refused application.

Acceptance letter (undergraduate)
Travel history covering 4 years of travel
Study permit from Ghana
Transcript from former institution showing 2yrs of study
English proficiency letter from former institution
LOE explaining reason I opted out of study (music)
Proof of music participation (award plaques and certificates)
Letter of employment and worker’s id
Pof with over 18m
My personal pof with over 5m
Birth certificates of parent and siblings
Upfront medical
CAC of father
Contract awards letter from government to father’s company
Board of directors of father’s company (I’m one of the directors)
LOE explaining why I want to re-start my study

Have some rest, they already said they wouldn't be attending to any enquiry till the 3rd of August, however you can try the general webform instead .

Its not uploading cos possibly the size of the doc is more than 2MB or 3MB. If yes, compress using ilovepdf.com

The size is below 2mb. It doesn’t even let me go passed the information page right now, and the first time when it passed, after selecting the file it didn’t upload. Been stuck on this for 1 whole day.

I’m considering sending the webform to ircc uk, but I’m confused if they’ll forward to Nairobi where my application is.
