Amaechi is finished, with him is Murtala Nyako. They are both without political clout and followership in their respective states. The opposition against them is overwhelming.

In Adamawa state, the original APC members(Marwa and Gundiri) would have won Nyako. Now, should the PDP lure them to their fold, they would do it on a clean- slate.

In Niger, Aliyu is finished politically. He lost in 2007 and 2011 to the opposition. His acclaimed victory is dependent on the PDP and it's machinery.

In Sokoto, Bafarawa, Shagari, fmr minister of sports and others will chase Wammako out if they get the PDP's nod to do so. Tambuwal is an Abuja politician and will lose a re election to the House if he choses to come back. His alliance with Wammako is nothing to withstand the PDP.

In Kano; Kwankwaso is a red- capped clown. The same mistakes that cost him a re election in 2003, he has repeated. It has cost him the support of the people that matter, again.

Lamido is his own man and can give anyone a fight for his money.

Bukola Saraki is the driver behind Amaechi and Kwara state has been itching to align with their brothers in the south west. Kwara is an APC state and Saraki has been in control because of the PDP's machinery. He is scared of losing the state, so his courting the APC is a survival strategy. If the PDP machinery abandons him, Dele Belgore and Lai Mohammed will deal him a fatal political blow.

I think the APC showed their hand too early in the game. The PDP now know their strenght and weaknesses. To any discerning politician, APC is a newspaper giant and political lilliput. No wonder the PDP left them to play newspaper politics while concentrating on the real thing.

Tinubu need to do a lot in the days ahead. Let the APC give their ticket to a neutral candidate like Pat Utomi. A south southerner who is also an Igbo man. They would eat into the President's strongest base, while appealing to educated, professionals and enlinghtened. Spice the ticket up with a Shekarau in the north and President Jonathan would be in for it. If they chose to play the northern card, it would back-fire and GEJ would sail to victory.

1. Cement- Produced in Nigeria; Dangote, Elephant etc.
2. Granite: Natural resource. Always available in Nigeria.

4. Iron (Steel) rods: Produced in Nigeria as well. . .

So make them park well before talking about fake products. They can tell that to those who haven't built houses.

The simple truth is that the so called 'developers' are the ones responsible for poorly built houses. They economize what and when they shouldn't.

Coupled with some contractors that knows little or nothing in the construction industry being in charge of most projects and thus goes a long way cutting corners in order to maximise profits and enrich themselves @ the expense of the end-users and the general public...Very pathetic

If that was in the past, how about his recent comments on national security matters especially on the Boko Haram which he failed to help nip in the bud despite enjoying goodwill and acceptance of the sect but would later defend when the government clamped down on them? How about the Ombastse vs Police issue in Nassarawa that escalated and claimed the lives of many fulani herdsmen for whom Buhari promptly rose in defence calling for heavy punishment for the Ombatses? Never mind he never said anything on the age-long Fulani siege on the Plateau and Southern Kaduna villages! Buhari has never cut that national leadership image despite all the image laundering and propaganda.

When people lose elections in other climes, they stop politicking and join hands with the victor to bring development to the people in various ways. An elder statesman like Buhari would have staked his reputation to address the issue of Boko Haram. Instead, he would make comments on baboon and blood, not minding that similar comments have led to blood letting and massacre of innocent minds. How is that for the intelligence of someone who wants to lead a nation? Someone who cannot be careful in his choice of words and would always be supposedly misquoted and misunderstood on very sensitive issues of religion and national security? What does that tell you about his IQ?



How has Buhari stopped corruption in his APC now? Has he told Tinubu, Achike Udenwa and George Akume to return their loots to Lagos, Imo and Benue States? Has he condemned Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly - Adeyemi Ikuforiji who has stolen Lagos blind and now standing trial? Has he ever raised alarm on the inflated contracts being awarded by APC Governors? Has he not been gallivanting around with these folks now?

I will prefer Jonathan over Buhari anyday. Jonathan is the present and Buhari belongs to the past and everything that is wrong with Nigeria!!
