Flora and Son

Thoroughly enjoyable. Majors on music, family and romance. Funny also. Two types of music I should say, acoustic and electronic. Twas a fun watch. Very comfy movie.

I guess because of the success of The Bear everyone wants to try shows about restaurants and cooking , I do love watching shows about kitchen sha, love watching Chopped on food network.

New show out, Boiling Point , just seen the trailer this morning. I'll download it and see. Hopefully its good.

Sha make dem nor turn shows about restaurant into the way they have turn medical series.

Sex Education

I think the storyline I enjoyed the most was the building up of the relationship of Adam and his father. Its was beautiful to see.

As for Cal, neflix and their wokeness, I would never understand how one person will be called 'they'. Like there is no where that shii makes sense.


A character I missed in this season was Lily (the girl that likes alien themed porn/sex).
At a point I almost started to confuse Aimee for her.

I used to think Ruby was really beautiful but now here, she just dey. Her voice is really lovely though. I really wanted her and Otis relationship to work sha.


Overall though, I enjoyed it. 7/10.

It's a pretty decent Wes Anderson movie. The pace doesn't quicken sha. So that slow beginning is basically how the rest of the movie is.

The Changeling

Its seems as though the series is about to take off from where the quality dropped off in episode 3. Took awhile for this 6 episode to start going , almost more than halfway before it gave something to look forward to.

Emma is right, Cal's voice is almost annoying to listen to.

Comfort series I watch ,easy going not too serious series.

Only Murders in the Building.
Still up.

As for Wheel of Time, Gen V, reserving them for public holiday to watch them.

Wait o, what's happening with The Changeling, like WTF are they doing , this episode 4 and 5 just dey somehow.

E01 -03 had a focus, 4,5 dey are just speaking in parables, doing fork all.

Quality dropping like a leaking balloon with each passing episode.

If its S01 , its a hard watch but if you are able to swallow it, season 2 is very interesting.

WOT S2E6

When you watch series/movies set in ranches its always fun to watch the cowboys break those spirited horses cos they claim/say those are always the better horses.

But watching the breaking of Egwene has to be one of the heart wrenching piece I have seen , more painful when you are rooting for the broken and be like "this is the scene she goes against the norm and hurts her captive" I mean she is one of the leads of the show, right?


Loved the detailing of the harm on your eyes also, like the gradual procession till both eyes were bloodshot.

Nyaneve and her stubborn head better do some masterful shit next episode o, cos I'm freaking hurt.

As for Liandrin...I don't even know where to start, you see that contorting the Sister of the Yellow Ajah did to one of those Seanchan, I wish that on Liandrin and more.

I know about this one but it's too unstable, you'd have full 4g and it'll still be buffering like there is no data and all of a sudden it skips and it's not in HD, it's soo grainy on my TV and I hate it. The ads are also worrisome but I'd be happy to overlook ads if atleast the quality of what I'm watching was good.

The villain wasn't 'villainly' enough, the whole Reyes family looked like amateur actors.

Why you go go place where you nor know start to dey shout anyhow? Like how does that even makes sense? Saying "I'm the god Apollo" was cool in the first three episodes but saying it and not even anything smart is mere foolishness.

also the conversations in this episode were wasnt it to. twas bare minimum.

I was bored midway through, I just had to force myself to finish it. I'm still giving the series a chance. It has potential.
