Arsene Wenger has stated that his next job in football will not be in England - because it would feel like “a betrayal” to the club.





The French reign at the Emirates comes to an end after 22 years of being in charge as the Manager.

In an exclusive interview with Arsenal.com, he admitted that he’s leaning towards a move abroad.

“It will be very difficult for me [without Arsenal],” said Wenger.

“At the moment if I want to continue to work, I think I have to move out of the country, because my gut feeling at the moment is that I would feel I would betray my club by staying in England. People might feel that I’ve betrayed what I’ve built here.

“That is the problem I face at the moment. My club is here, my heart is here and will be forever. As I said in my speech on the pitch after the Burnley game, I’m a fan above all.”

Manchester City Pep Guardiola has been named the Manager of the year in the English Premier League.

The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich coach won the title in his second season in charge. He set a record of most points with 100 points.

Joachim Low has agreed to continue as the Manager of the German national team.
This was after the world cup winning manager, Joachim Low has agreed a two-year contract extension to take his time in charge of the Germany national team through to 2022.
Low has went on to release his provisional squad ahead of the world cup in Russia.

Paris Saint-Germain have appointed
Thomas Tuchel as head coach to succeed the departing Unai Emery.

The French champions have turned to the former Borussia Dortmund boss after two seasons under the guidance of Emery, who will leave following next weekend's final game of the Ligue 1 season at Caen.

Tuchel, who has been out of work since his Dortmund exit almost a year ago, has signed a two-year deal.

"It is with great joy and ambition that I join this great, global football club that is Paris Saint-Germain," said Tuchel.
"I look forward to working with all these great players, all of whom are among the best on the planet.

"With my staff, we will do everything to help the team push their limits to the highest international level. There is extraordinary potential at PSG and it is the most exciting challenge I've had presented to me.

Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala have been included in Argentina's provisional 35-man squad for the World Cup.

The attacking duo have been named alongside captain Lionel Messi and the injured Sergio Aguero in head coach Jorge Sampaoli's plans.

Both Icardi and Dybala have seen their chances of making the final World Cup squad cast into doubt since Sampaoli left them out of the group for the international friendlies in March.

It has been suggested Juventus star Dybala will be part of the 23-man party heading to Russia, despite his indifferent form in the latter part of the season, while Inter striker Icardi is not expected to be included.

A knee injury kept Aguero out of Manchester City's last six games of the Premier League season, but it is expected he will be fully fit for the tournament.

Zenit midfielder Matias Kranevitter has missed out on a place in the 35-man group, while there is no sign of veteran Carlos Tevez.

Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr has named Captain Mikel John Obi, goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, defenders Abdullahi Shehu, Elderson Echiejile and Leon Balogun, as well as midfielders Ogenyi Onazi and Oghenekaro Etebo and forwards Ahmed Musa and Victor Moses in Nigeria’s 30-man provisional list for the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup finals.



The list also includes Spain –based goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, defenders William Ekong, Kenneth Omeruo and Olaoluwa Aina, midfielders Wilfred Ndidi, Joel Obi and John Ogu and forwards Kelechi Iheanacho, Moses Simon and Alex Iwobi.



Chelsea wingback Moses was Nigeria’s top scorer in the qualifying campaign with three goals, while Captain Mikel Obi, Iwobi, Simon and Iheanacho weighed in with two goals each.



All invited players have been told to report at the Le Meridien Hotel and Golf Resort, Uyo on Monday, 21st May. Uyo, as home ground, was the conquering terrain for the Super Eagles during the qualifying series.

Levante ended Barcelona 36 games unbeaten with a stunning 5-4 win on Sunday.

Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Boateng Scored a twice in the first half as Levante took a 2-0 lead after 30 minutes. Philippe Coutinho pulled one back heading into the second half.

After one minute into the the second half, Levante extended their lead to four when Bardhi scored his brace.

In the 4 9th minutes, Boateng completed his hat trick in the game, but
got two goals to also bag an hat trick.

Luis Suarez scored from the penalty spot to get the fourth for Barcelona, but the home side held on to victory at the end.

The Egyptian who arrested arrived at Anfield from Roma this campaign, has found the net 32 times for the Reds.

Salah was on target in the 4-0 win against Brighton Hove Albion at Anfield on Sunday.

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been named EA Sports Premier League Player of the Season.

The 25-year-old has scored 31 goals in 35 appearances in the competition during his maiden campaign at Anfield, figures that see him lead the race for the Golden Boot ahead of Sunday's season finale.
