I had almost similar experience with SafeHaven MFB, it was a declutter scam. I opened a mail trail with the MFB, GTBank(my account holder) and CBN, I even went to the ministry of justice or something till date the issue never got resolved. Everything looked confused till I had to give up. I wouldn’t believe if I was told I would never be able to retrieve my money even when I knew that account the money got into.

I thought this things should be simple to be traced since I was in alignment with the right bodies, but I was surprised by the outcome till date. The purpose of the whole NIN, BVN and other numbers looked like a joke. lol

For some job applications if it is a must to submit it they would make that obvious.

But It is better to have it, it would make you standout and also show readiness for the opening. And also all other job hunting tips like linking with someone in the organisation, knowing the company in view. In fact I believe cover letter is a big advantage.

While one 15 years old in Nigeria put cardboard together, painted it and he is called a tech genius.

Is this not what people do in art class everyday.

The guy is not an engineering talent but an artist and nothing special in what he did.

This is a work of art. It looks innovative. But not engineering project at all. Things like this makes wave because of the under-developed nature of our dear country. Things are really advancing we should not go backwards. But kudos to the young lad despite the situation he is, he can do better he should be allowed to study....

I earn a decent living from home with freelancing and forex trading — planning to add a trading blog and YouTube channel in the near future. But I always hear people in my street murmuring that he's into Yahoo. Some even shout Yahoo when they pass my house. I find it upsetting and amusing at the same time.

Do they really think that fraud is the only way to make money online?

Is it that they all have criminal mindset or they're all ignorant, mentally dull, and can't think of great ways to make a living online from the comfort of their homes?

This is the 21st century where people from anywhere in the world can pay you for your skills. Nigerian youths need to change their mindset. A good percentage of Indian youths work online, same as the Chinese.

The Covid-19 issue has shown the world the need to work remotely.

Every aspiring wordpress developer(not just designers) would need to understand some front end, PHP and also working with wordpress websites locally. Personally I like experimenting with wordpress sites, and spoiling and repairing(tweaking) themes and plugins.

I would quickly highlight the steps to install wordpress websites on your local computer without paying any money all you need is about 300mb of internet data for installation that's all. But if you want to watch it in video below.

The steps are outlined below:
1. Download Xammp at

2. Download Wordpress File

3. Install the downloaded Xammp software. A xammp folder would be automatically created for you.

4. a. Unzip the wordpress file downloaded.
b. Go to the Xammp that has been created during installation. Look for a folder called htdocs.
c. Now create a folder in that htdocs folder let's say "myfirst". So we have this directory ::> xammp/htdocs/myfirst
d. So copy all the files in the extracted wordpress folder (4a). Paste them in "my first" directory (4c).

5. Now open the installed xammp software. AND and hit start for the first two options.(Apache and Mysql). Wait for them to be green or yellow.

7. Now go to your browser, type "localhost" in the address bar and hit enter. A page would be opened. On the page click the php myadmin and create a new database. Called "myfirst". Please check the video attached if you're confused.

6. Now go to your browser and visit.
"localhost/myfirst"

7. Your wordpress website should be ready to be installed. Fill in the details keep the password field empty/blank. Make, host name would be localhost, database user would be the username you used for the database in (5)

8. If you entered the correct information you are good to go!
