if you work out and you're still eating fried turkey, oily stew,cement load of eBa and fufu,pastries etc you will never be slim.you'll only loose one pound through exercise and gain 5back through eating so be mindful of what you eat. Eat more of fruits and leave all forms of meat alone whether goat meat, suya,Asun or ice cream
