El Diario report that the witness was giving evidence in the investigation against Ignacio Fernandez Allende (aka Torbe), jailed since last April on charges of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, sexual assault, child pornography, related to prostitution, extortion and money laundering.The unnamed witness claims that she was taken to a hotel and assaulted by two footballers - Muniain and an unnamed player - after Torbe had forced her into the encounter against her will, while telling her that she would be well paid for her time.
