I got a job with this insurance company and its my first experience with them, they said they will absorb me but i am not to be place on salary. That it is by commission such that how hard i work i earn by marketing and bringing people. Since then am confused of which i am to accept the job or not. Please what could be the likely disadvantage and advantages to it. I need an honest answer.

Pls some one with a good heart should help me out. But the truth is that this is my first time gettin such a job and idont know how people sees insurance in Nigeria. Pls i need who can elaborate it for me and tell me they do and don't of it. You know sometimes when i see small children growing up there are some characters they exhibit. That when u see them doing things there small mind tells them. Example my last born im the huz. Is a he, when he was small aside from hos school uniform he doesnt like to wear a mans cloths, he always prefer wearing mine, and we thought is because pf his childish character until he finished primary school, i drop my leggings and he rush to wear them wtf!! I called him and gave him a hot slap because he is going crazy, he said to me Aunty i thought u pple like it and i said to him do u want to be a gay he said no.. That was d end of the matter. So sometimes some of this trangernders started of like this and theor parents never look at it twice.. So we should be careful on how we train our children becvause thats whwn they start nursing some stupid ideas in their head.

During my high school I never had a room mate until my service year, chai I had a saddist as a room mate an introvert for that matter, so quiet, churcheous, not until she sting like a raging scorpion and I was wow, that was when she poured me one full bucket of water on my bed because I was playing christian music on my phone
But glory to God that I didn't retaliate because I for become another news headline here in Nairaland.
