First i wanna ask you, what can you do in China? The population is too large, that's why the labor cost low, and the cost of products compared low.

What do you mean dirty? I think mile 2 in Lagos is very dirty, then do you think it's clean?These 20 years, the young Chiese start to learn English around 10 years old, but we use Chinese language mostly, it's just like your own language, i think it's also strange. So the young chinese can speak some simple english words at least.

Perhaps i should have said fine or forfeit instead of penalty. Coz have more than one baby is not allowed now, so the parents want more babies have to pay. But in view of the fierce competition, most parents prefer to have one child not only because the law. Well , XIAN is a famous city with long history, but i have never been there. Acturally, in China, there are some people believe in Buddhism, Islam, Christisim or the local religion Taoism. But most people have no religion faith, coz they don't think god bring them bread, so just work hard to try to improve lives. I think there are more Muslim in XIAN, they don't like pork which is common food in china.
