There’s an issue at hand that I need different you peoples opinion/advice on.
I had an issue with my landlord so I’m to vacate my current apartment before Jan ending.
I’ve started searching for apartments but the rent/price is too much 750k for a 3 bedroom apartment per year. I just can’t imagine giving that amount of money to any landlord per year.
So here’s what I need you guys advice on, is it possible to me to buy just a unit of 3 bedroom apartment here in Lagos ? Somewhere on the mainland that I can easily access ikeja like Iyana Ipaja, Egbeda and under 8m ?
I need everyone’s advice on this thanks.

gud morning sir, from my experience I don't think u can see 8m buy in Lagos, especially in ikeja, and egbeda it's a NO sir, one of my clients try dat too last two years, we eventually come back to ogun state to bought it, thanks

I have delivered the toilet doors of #200k (5 pics ) just for us to rectify dose errors u complained for ,

He is one of my old clients here I have told him many things, infact brother to me, almost what he paid for are in site, but does dat I sent to do the work am getting complained from him, dats why I decided to handle it by my self, but couldn't meet up last week I promised him, and I called him, no probs bro I will call him and it will solve thanks,


From the word go, the signs has been there that he needed money urgently for his personal use but you showed empathy to give him legitimate jobs to make that money, something someone like me would still do.
His very big mistake was not properly leveraging on his reputation to get such several other jobs to make up whatever he wants to use the money for in a proper way.
Whatever any money is given for any job, any serious minded contractor would make the whole sum in profits from several regular jobs with assurance of regular referrals and repeat customers that would make the initial seemingly big money look very pale in comparison.
There has been similar complaints by a reputable client I supplied here also but he too was reluctant to give too much details here so as not to totally affect his chances.
If he is reading it, know that what you stand to lose is far more than the little you gain. I wish for you that whatever you are going through is resolved but try and salvage this situation.
It won't be difficult to locate him now that the details are out. Best for him to do the needful fast on his own.
N.B I thought he advertised some lands for sale at mowe recently
