Good evening my people, in finishing stage.. does electrical fittings come before painting? Screeding has been done, electrical fittings and furniture (cupboards wants to commence but painter insists he paints first while furniture and electrician insist they do their work first before painting.

Please how best does one go about this ? How do you guys get it done ?

1. Plastering the concrete facial before the water collector and Gerrard laying.

2. Plastering the concrete facial during water collector and Gerrard laying.

3. Finishing the water collector and Gerrard laying while Plastering the opening along the water water collector together with the concrete facial.

For now, let the building rest a bit and let the owner too rest a little. Everyone has tried, but we are definitely gonna resume operations here after a short while.

We have gotten estimates for windows already.
Next is AC mechanical piping and installation kits, then Plastering

Good day everyone, do you guys remember this building I posted sometime and asked if 10M would finish it to turn key ? (Pic 1)

Well, here’s an update on the progress, so far approx 7M has been spent on 2 couches, Paraphet casting, front pillars, roof and rain gutter, alluminum windows and burglaries, plumbing and electrical piping and purchase or wires (kept at home till finishing stages)

Plastering is on going and bricklayer charged 550k for all, fence inclusive *crying*

We are left with pop, tiling, doors, soak away and fittings.

It's a cooling process.. it involves windows being placed at opposite or adjacent ends. Cool air comes in to displace the hot air inside.
