I don’t think it’s out of line sir. He may not be able (or want to ) upload much of his portfolio to the public space. As an Architect , you don’t want to let out too much information on your portfolio files to the general public.

It happens a and it’s not anything serious. Still happened to me days ago. You might have taken a call on the same app that ended abruptly and it won’t allow you take/ make a new call.You'll notice the call button greyed out like it’s inaccessible . You just need to exit the app and make it restart. That’s all.

Get a drawing from an experienced Architect, from there you can deduce your estimates. A lot of costs cannot be gotten from mere looking at an exterior 3D . You need a clear head on the interior and the finishes.

You have a very big terrace by the kitchen which I really do not understand it’s usefulness and proportionality . By the way, there’s no dining area in this design...what you have there is a passageway.

A contemporary 5 bedroom will sit comfortably on your land size (50*100 or even less) . A duplex has two dwelling units connected together...just as we call it semi detached here in Nigeria. It’s just a term anyways.

I decided to suspend my 3bedroom(I earlier brought the plan here for criticisms) and start with the 2bedroom bungalow/1bedroom BQ, attached is the floor plan and the type of roof I plan to do.

The ground is a solid one and since I dont intend to do a high pitched roof or parapet, do I need to introduce pillars?

Not a bad design though in terms of the flow but I think it should be better arranged to maximize lighting and air flow into the spaces especially the bedrooms. Also, you might introduce a few columns to give more structural stability.

What’s the cost to have a simple responsive website.

I would advise you have a check on this design again... haba how do people even come up with such designs that’s devoid of space management , proportionality and aesthetics .... anyways I’m not shocked cos I see some designs and 3Ds here and I wonder if the client will actually be making a commitment on such an output. But na naija we dey... anyway na way lol...

Why are the rooms not en-suite... not a bad design though... but can be much better. I’m not a fan of long/wide lobbies especially where it can be minimized.... every architect with their own design philosophy tho.
