I tried to apply for my student transcript pending when I'll be able to apply for the official one but even after payment it keeps saying "no approved result" or "no transcript found"

Please who knows how to go about this because I'm loosing time fast and I don't know what to do.

What level /year are you doing?

I don't think Nigerian universities, except maybe open uni, give transcripts for those who are yet to graduate.

But, the best you can do is to visit exams and records office in the school, or send an email to the email address on the transcript page.
