It has to do with some form of professional ethics, won't indulge into that here.
If you need someone to carry out a soil test, I have a trusted structural engineer who I can refer to you.

Answer to Q2 - I'm afraid that such is the case...Lekki is majorly sand-filled (reclaimed) ground and as such cheaper foundations like strip or strip-and-pad foundations can't be structurally stable on such ground. If I can remember, there was a thread in this section where a bungalow was to be built on raft foundation because of the soil conditions...imagine that!!

Answer to Q3 - Building with raft and blocks in foundation SHOULD AND ONLY SHOULD be done based on the instruction of the engineer who designed the foundation. Raft is supposed to be a monolithic foundation but if the engineer based on his calculations ascertains that blocks can be used to make up the top of the raft foundation, then its his call and if any issues come up in future, he would be held liable for that decision. So therefore, let the structural engineer consent to that before you mix raft foundation with blocks. [/b]

I think you are wrong on ur first assertion. Still year should be carried out by geotechnical engineers (not structural engineers but are civil engineers)

I'm fed up, I'm having problem sleeping.
Right from my childhood days, sleeping in the aftnoon had always been impossible, not even a siesta.
At nights, its always after lying-in for about 1:15m to 1:30m before finally sleeping off and if i should get up to urinate before daybreak, my eyes will become clear; no sleep again no matter how hard i try.
Trams, Coddein, Valium5, Cenpain night, just mention it does not make me sleep, it only makes me high or intoxicate me.
Although i always feel sleepy whenever am depressed, bored, alone or in a cool breezy environment, the momment i lie down or get ready to sleep then the urge is gone.
what could be my problem.
what can i do to get over it.

ironically, mine is exactly opposite of yours. I sleep a lot. If I sleep in the night, to wake in the morning is something else. You can imagine most days I wake by 9am even if i sleep by 9pm. The worst part is if I drink bullet or nescafe, it will be as if I took sleeping drug.

Lucien is practically now an Original hybrid. And the two main ingredients of making an original is the blood of a Mikealson witch(in this case Freya) and the white oak. That's why the white oak is d only thing dat can kill an Original.

Yes Lucien is an upgraded hybrid. And his hybrid side came from the werewolf venoms(no need for doppleganger blood). There is no white oak in his venom. The white oak was just the main ingredient in dat spell that made him an Original.

Its his bite which contains the werewolf venom that is lethal to the Originals. The venom that he concocted from the 7 werewolf clans which was made even more lethal with the help of the ancestors magic. At least that's my theory.

But i'm pretty sure there's no white oak in his venom. That wouldn't make any sense...

If 7 werewolf bites could kill an original, I'm sure werewolves would've just kidnapped an original since especially Rebekah who seemed the weakest and give her 7cool different werewolf bites and she dies. Secondly, it means out of 8 werewolf clans, 7 could just gang up and kill one, making klaus vulnerable too. Lastly, remember the essence of making them vampires in the first place is to be better than werewolves.
Conclusively, no matter the amount of werewolves bites on an original, it only makes them hallucinates but can't kill them. What makes Lucien bite lethal is because of the white oak in the potion which should kill him actually but the ancestors are on his side making him THE WALKING WHITE OAK
My question actually is how did Lucien became an original, even an enhanced one without the blood of a DOPPELGANGER

I don't think the originals were created by drinking or eating the white oak. The magic of the white oak only have them life like the sun too but badass Lucien literally drank the white oak.
I think what's confusing here is why the wolf venoms didn't kill him but running in his system. Unless of course the ancestors helped him.

You are wrong, an original can't be killed by a wolf bite, it only makes them to hallucinate. Why Finn died from Lucien's bite, I think is because the white oak bullet was mixed with the potion he drank to become an original upgrade meaning he's now the white oak himself.
Infact he's 3 in 1 now.... An original vampire, a werewolf of 7 venoms and white oak..... That guy is a badass!!!
