you skipped over my first question. so again what if your means is not enough to live. your definition of living within your means with the example of inflow of 100 and outflow of 1000 presupposes that the outflow wasn't spent on needs but wants. where the 1000 was spent on necessities like food shelter transport and education. is that living outside ones means as well? or one should forfeit feeding because he needs education or feed and live under trees.

What is democracy?

The poverty in Nigeria has messed up our intelligence even to the point of counting infrastructure as democratic dividends. Every region in Nigeria deserves better roads, railroads , electricity and good water supply systems regardless of votes and tribal sentiments.
