So who is smarter PDP or APC? Can that one big man bring two million votes? When you do things that touch people's lives is that not what translates to votes?
When connect three states with 30 million residents with railway to better their lives when you need votes do you go to those who swore to frustrate you even if you give them your eye balls? Who will you prioritize in terms of projects?
