How To Make Fenugreek Tea

2. Boil water in a kettle. Pour it into a teapot or a container.
3. Add the crushed fenugreek seeds. You can also add other herbs and loose tea leaves.

Get diclofenac gel and apply morning and night with gentle massage, after this support it with bandage. Don't make it too tight, The reason for the bandage is to support your wrist whenever u want to carry anything (not heavy object though). Also, use the bandage overnight cos the night pain is always terrible. Thats what I did when I had it, its so painful that I found it difficult to carry my son self. But the steps above helped me to overcome it.

That thing has no real cure. It will stop by itself when it's ready to. You can only manage the pains now by taking mild pain relievers. If you are breastfeeding, not good to be on pain relievers for a long time.

Hand washing clothes help too.

15 weeks is too early for her to be clingy na.
Give her to her dad when he gets back from work (after food and a bath) and comot eye. If she cries, he should try to placate her. Also avoid carrying her at all times. You can use her bouncer rocker or just place her on the bed beside you, let her play there. When daddy is around, let him also lie down with you and try to play with her in your presence.
