Cheating in a relationship can never be justified. Most people cheat in their relationships because they feel unhappy about the things that are missing. So, when someone else gives them those moments they miss so much, they are likely to get emotionally attached to that man. #2 – Lack of Intimacy Women like to feel wanted. For them, intimacy means touching, kissing, cuddling, receiving surprise gifts; things that show that a man wants them and she is the most important person in their lives. So, when they are with a husband who constantly keeps on forgetting birthdays or that special candlelight dinner that she had planned, she is likely to feel unsatisfied. In such cases, while some women may end up becoming compulsive spenders or overeaters, others may get attracted to a man who can make her feel wanted. #3 – Lack of Appreciation While a comfortable relationship is a good thing, taking the woman and the relationship for granted may push the wife towards another man. Women like to feel appreciated and being told that they are beautiful and being treated like a woman and not just as a mother or a wife. Walks in a man who compliments her for cooking skills, her beauty, the way she handles things, and she is likely to feel tempted to cheat on her husband. #4 – Lack of Sexual Satisfaction Men are not the only ones who cheat on their partners for sex, women do this too. If a husband is more interested in watching a football game rather than spending some intimate moments in the bedroom, a woman is likely to feel dissatisfied. Some men also tend to withhold sex as a form of punishment, that is, they are upset with their wives about an issue, and so instead of talking it over, they decide to punish her by withdrawing from her sexually. Whatever the reason, a sexually dissatisfied woman is likely to look at other options outside of her marriage. #5 – Missing Excitement Believe it or not, there are women who love their partners very much, but just can’t stop themselves from cheating on them. These are the thrill-seekers who have a craving for something extra and are willing to do it at the cost of their relationship. They can’t even think of leaving their husbands. However, their need for feeling sexually desirable is so strong, that they will openly flirt with other men and cheat on their partners, just to experience that feeling. #6 – Lack of Trust Women tend to trust their partners completely and whole-heartedly. So, if you break her trust, she may think of taking revenge. Having an affair with another woman will surely make her feel cheated and angry. However, a man can break the trust of the woman in quite a few other ways. Basically, if she finds out about a big lie that the man told her or a secret that he has been hiding, her trust is going to be broken. She may never be able to trust her partner again, and may decide to take out her anger and hurt by cheating with another man. bro, it is very true! i had a similar experience during my nysc days. there was a girl i do patronize and her interest in me grew and she ask for my number and address. Ever since i gave her, she started visiting me that very day which was a Monday till Friday! the Wednesday of that week she sent me some msgs and one of them said "I'll like to eat you but i don't want to come to your house" on reading that the next day which was a Thursday, i changed location and lo & behold she ate me and on Friday i ate her too, twice! after that day, she stopped calling but we still kept talking like nothing happened. but i guess she stopped coming because i took her money and also tried to runs her friend 1 Like |
