Yes, it is 180. That you are a pdite or not doesn't matter. Though pdites have upper hand for admission. Cut off mark is just a determinant for writing post utme.

I aspire to study Business Admin., and I made all my papers (math, eng, comm, govt, agric, acct, civil edu, book keeping) EXCEPT economics which i had D7.
