The issue is not attached only to special centres, it's happening in so called PRIVATE and public schools as well.
Most of the students that passed in Waec and Neco exams, ask for their jamb result, you will be surprised. it doesn't correlate at all.
8 credit in either waec or Neco and in jamb 120 or less.
