Actually wondering too how you got a thing as basic as filling separate DS160 forms for all members of your family wrong despite having read the thread all the way from part 1 though. Regards

My transcript goes thus:

VO: Good morning
Me: Good morning
VO: Where are you going in US
Me: Orlando, Florida
VO: Why are you going to Florida?
Me: I'm going on vacation with my family.
VO: (checked her system and asked) where is your
family?
Me: They are outside, they are not allowed in because
there forms were not properly filled.
VO: Where are you working?
Me: bla bla bla
VO: How long have you been working there?
Me: 11 years
VO: (brings out blue paper) sorry you........ I did not
hear the rest.

I think I should have explained that I made mistake not filling DS-160 for each of them that I will do that and they will come back for their own interview and we are still traveling together.

I noticed the moment I said they are outside, she seems to have lost interest or made up her mind.

my wife makes good income, her interview would have boost our case. My mistake was going in for the interview, the CGI lady has already asked us to go back and reschedule, but when I was reluctant her colleague said I can go in and do mine.

Seriously, I never came across it anywhere to fill DS-160 for everyone or I was not thorough enough. Well, lesson learnt and I'm sure someone else will learn from my mistakes.

if their MRV are still valid I think you can use it. fill another form for yourself and your fam and schedule another appointment.
you don't have to wait 90 days if you are sure you were unfairly denied

Also, i have read that it is advisable to wait 90 days after a denial or till when ties/condition as improved. in my case, can i reapply immediately or its better to wait for 90days as it was DS-160 filling error that caused my refusal.

For payslip, you don't need to present all the slips. Show about 2-3/year if you can and let the last payslip be included. Your bank statement will help you out in covering the other months/years.

Employment reference.. If you are in the same company since, you only need one letter from the company.

Ask for litigation office and tell them you want to do CTC. It's straightforward.

please I need a personal experience from someone that did assessment with TRA in recent time or anybody, I ve 15 years working experience, I cant get all the pay slips from 2001 (lost almost all) and the bank statement will be too many.

secondly, to get the employment statement from my supervisors since 2001 is another hard feat, all of them cannot be located (dead, retired, disengaged, relocated) except the present one, and I need the maximum points here to boost my chance.

Also about the employment statement (employer template), i think once you've been working in the same Org., no need of multiple reference?

I think 1 and 2 are same, just that your boss is required to fill the employers template, while you will write same but in your own words in the application form. Just structure your JD to match what is in Anzsco for the occupation, but not directly same. BTW I sent you a pm. Reply pls.

As for Hepatitis, I'm quite certain the person involved will have to sign that Health waiver form or something, basically declaring that you'll pay for your own medical insurance or something like that.... However, its probably better to ask DIBP exactly what positives constitute a failure of the medical requirement....

@ a stage i transfered them to cups, i used disposable cups and some water bottles (just like kizyte did his own), i used shovel to lift them in bunch and and then picking one by one into cups. they were well grown up before i started transplanting them to the bed.
