Hello everyone, is anyone attending WVU? I ve some questions about their application process, do they allow scanned transcripts (signed n stamped, sent from my mail) for admissions consideration with the intent to send the official one when given admission. I contacted the school & I was redirected to my department of interest. The (doi) are yet to reply my mails eversince and deadlines are fast approaching. I'd really appreciate the help... Anyone??
