Why Nigeria is Extremely Hard To Fix: I made a video yesterday that Nigeria is not great but it could be great if everyone of us becomes great. But, I understand why people don't want to help others. I really do. But we all must work to make a change. CASE STUDY I am going to give you a typical example of what I mean. A few weeks ago a young man we are going to call Gani wrote me on WhatsApp and introduced himself to me. He did fishery and would like to work with our company. I had a short conversation with him. He looked like an interesting young man. He said he just started a fishery business and wanted collaboration. So to assist him I asked if he could supply us some juvenile fish. I told him we were expanding our fish farm and if he did a good job he could be supplying us every month. What he didn't know was that we are currently expanding to 20,000 fish production per month. We are aiming to reach 1,000,000 monthly in 2 years. I felt this could be a good business for him if he just do a good job. He said it was N30 per one, cash and carry. I agreed with him but told him to call my manager. He did and later called back to me and said he didn't have the fish ready but wanted to have the full amount paid up front so he can get the fish ready in over 2 weeks. I told him NO because we have not done any business with him before and he didn't have the reputation yet. I didn't hear from him again, until yesterday when someone contacted me he was disparaging my name on many WhatsApp groups saying he had conversations with me and I reviewed all my business ideas with him and these ideas are bogus with no merit, he said not only I didn't know what I was doing but my agribusiness knowledge was zero but doing this because of seeking political office. bla, bla, bla. Everyone following me know I have always said I am not interested in politics in Nigeria and never will be a politician. But in this young man's world, this is what he knows. I have screenshots of some of his rants online and a copy of What we actually discussed. Why is he doing this? This young man saw me in conversation with Dr Sunday Adelaja on how to move Nigeria forward. He wanted to disparage me because he doesn't want Dr. Sunday Adelaja and I to work together and do something great. Why the long story? This is the reason many rich and successful people don't interact with others because it could easily become a problem. They also cannot joke with others because what they say can easily be misused against them. This type of behavior is very common in Nigeria because most people have not been thought what is good or bad, so people makes up their value as they go along. You don't bite the finger that is trying to feed you. This young man only wanted to score some points at a group at someone else expense I was only trying to help this young man. Nothing else, I spent my valuable time to converse with him and even offered him a deal which, when done right could be earning him over a N1,000,000 a month in 2 years. This young man will go to church and pray for God to bless him, but not knowing he has already thrown away God's blessing by his behavior. This is the Nigerian mentality why Nigeria doesn't move forward. Too many people are negatively inclined. Happily, there are many Nigerians that are different. That is why I said in my video yesterday, for Nigeria to be a great nation, every citizen must be a great person. Then Nigeria will be great. People who say Nigeria cannot be a great nation, say so because they don't want to be great people. A success of a nation is the collective success of all its people. I have published some of his disparaing remarks oonline. I am not upset with the youngman but just want people to know that it is not easy to do what I do because many people are working hard daily to stop people like us. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=278102786029170&id=158338594672257

We have gotten this far now for money. Black man please, which way further? The worse of all is the support and solidarity to free Osayomore Joseph is disgustingly divided along party line. While most humans are showing concern and solidarity, I discovered most APC supporters don't show concern. Is this what black people have come to. I am ashamed of our people. I don't know the political affiliation of Osayomore Joseph but I guess if an APC man was kidnapped the PDP supporters would react the same way. People say, Ah, there is crime everywhere, even in America, there was a big massacre recently, Sure. How many people did you see rejoicing to see that, either from the republican or democratic party? That is the difference? To many Nigerians shows total disdain for human lives and it upset me. Most Nigerians are WICKED. very wicked. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=277256259447156&id=158338594672257

Mr Aroms Aigbehi, Stated in his video how Tribalism has been major backward for Nigeria and the entire black race. He explained how it do come up in Churches, Organization and every other sector. He urged Nigerians to be united in his Independence speech and charge them to be united rather than divided. He thereby urged that it must stop, he thereby urged Nigerian to help him spread the videos to stop Tribalism. here is the video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xewFvqEHj90&t=1162s source: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=275800199592762&id=158338594672257 |

There is a verse in the Bible in Mark 17:4 that talked about one day when Jesus and his disciples were going to Jerusalem they met a man beating and dragging a woman on the floor. Jesus asked the people gathered around them what happened. They said the two are married and the man loves his wife so much, but when he saw her going out with another man he couldn't accept it and decided to give the women a well deserving beating. Jesus looked at the man and said, Well done. A woman that is not faithful and obedient to her husband deserves such punishment. He and his disciples laughed and walked away. If you believe that story, then you need to read the bible more. First Mark 17 doesn't exist. Secondly, Jesus wouldn't have never said or condone a man beating his wife into coma. Lastly, Even if that event had taken place he and his disciples would NEVER have laughed and walked away. Christians were supposed to be emulator of Jesus. So now have that in mind and lets start. Last week I published a post about the 10 things white people don't like about Nigerians and number 9 was "Not showing compassion to fellow Africans." many people got very upset because that was not true. But too many Nigerians don't have compassion. They don't even know how to. It starts from the family and expanded to be part of our culture. Last night I shared a post about the man that beats his wife to coma because she was in a night club with another man and left her child with a nanny. Most Nigerians including women that commented on the post I shared felt the women deserved such beating. Most of these people are Christians. In the picture no one tried to do anything. A man actually folds his hands and they were all enjoying it. People don't see anything wrong with this. In many countries, it is actually against the law to watch a fight without doing anything to stop it. No, not in Nigeria. We call it barbarism. A man beats up his wife mercilessly and many Nigerians rejoice. Who is worse, the christian man that beat up his wife mercilessly or the people hailing the man for such cowards behavior? You judge. People were actually rejoicing that she got this inhuman treatment without any compassion for fellow human. Nobody deserves such humiliation. Christians should never rejoice in the misfortune of others Provers 17:5 Those who mock the poor insult their maker; those who rejoice in disaster won’t go unpunished. This is one of the reasons why Nigeria is a punished nation. Romans 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep. There are many more verses from the Bible like this. Fast forward. Nigerian Army beats up and humiliate their citizens and many Nigerians rejoice because those being beaten up and killed are not from their tribes and they deserved it. Kill them, they shouted. That will teach them a lesson. To me It shows a wicked and barbaric culture and a nation where most people don't have love for each other. How is it possible that 98% of a nation cannot see something wrong when a man beats a woman into coma. People say "well done" to that man because she must have done something wrong. Really? But the same people complain when a policeman beats them into a coma. Or the Nigerian Army beats them to Lazarus. But wait, I think the men may have done something wrong. Don't you think so? But these same Policemen and Soldiers were brought up in a culture that say beat people up when you think they have done something wrong. Don't find out why they did it or how you can help them not to do it next time. But just start beating them up if you think they deserve the beating. Someone commented that the man must have love the woman so much. No, that is not love. That is jealousy and controlling. A woman is not your property. Another man was so excited about the outcome of the beating. He commented that every woman doing such deserved it. I asked him if he has a daughter and he said yes. I told him. Please show this picture to your daughter and tell her it is OK for a man to beat her up when she grows up if the man thinks for any reason she deserves such a beating. In America, they say, what goes around comes around. The moral of the story is no woman deserves such beating and humiliation. It is an act of cowardice to engage somebody much weaker than you. Even in professional boxing, there is weight division. If you have the urge to beat up someone, then pick someone of your category. Please do me a favor. If you condone the beating of a woman and you go to a church and your pastor never told you it is wrong and condemn the action. Then stop going to that church. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=275751616264287&id=158338594672257

"I AM BLACK AND BEAUTIFUL" and then behaving like a slowpoke IS THE WORSE BRANDING MESSAGE EVER. I heard some people are looking for visa lately and yet they don't care if the host of the country they want to go to like them or not. Two days ago I wrote a post about the British Airway hostess and listed some points the white people don't like about Nigerians. Yes, I knew many people won't like it and I did it on purpose to use it as a learning tool. Some say it was an inferiority complex on my part. As you would expect, I don't agree with that. But that is not the point. This reply is for those Nigerians shouting they are black and beautiful and behaving like morons. That's really inferiority complex. As a human being you should care what people think about you, especially when you are in their country. We call it "IMAGE" OR "BRANDING". Companies pay millions of dollars yearly to clean up and protect their image because it matters a lot. It can make or break you. The poor image of Nigeria is what has broken all Nigerians today. I know you will tell me Nigeria don't have a poor image that we are respected worldwide. I don't know which world is that. Nigerians are some of the most disrespected people in the world. Denying it doesn't make it different. I was able to build my companies and reputation in Europe and America because I cared what people in my host countries thought about me. I learnt from it and adjusted my behaviour. Like in Holland you don't call people or visit them from 6pm because they are getting ready for dinner. You don't call white people when you know they could be sleeping. You would get that job. If you are a female, never ask your male boss "How was your night." You could be fired for that. In America and All European countries if you are caught drinking and driving and get convicted for it you are in trouble for the rest of your life. There are thousands of Nigerians having that problem today. In Nigeria you can do that, so why care if the Whiteman don't like it. Screw it, let’s do it. When the trouble comes please blame the witches and go and pray for deliverance. Nigerians are "randomly" searched at the airport because you are carrying a Nigerian passport. Sometimes you don't get a proper job because of your Nigerian accent. Why? It is called 'IMAGE". I know bands that wouldn't open an account for Nigerian passport bearers. Try to open a trading account with your Nigerian passport and see what happens. Nigerians have poor image and by default that image affects all its citizens. The inferiority complex is actually the other way around. The inability to accept the facts because it is too embarrassing sometimes, to deal with. An enlightened mind would accept and deals with it. It takes a very clear mind to write what I write. So don't curse someone's mother in Belgium. Like "God punish your mama" Not cool. Have you not seen Nigerian lately exhibiting these actions to each other daily. Shouting to each other and fighting on the streets or commanding waitresses at the restaurants, give me water, give my cup. So don't do that in a reputable New York restaurant again not cool. Inferiority minds don't care, because of the fear of what white people will think about this write up. It is the inferior minds that can't take criticism. I can go to a white person I ask what don't you like about me? The same I can do with a Togolese or an Indian. It is called SELF EXAMINATION. It takes an enlightened and a superior mind to do that. So don't piss on the sidewalk in Germany. They wouldn't like it. It is your responsibility to represent your country well no matter where you are. So you should learn to understand the habits that irritate others no matter the colour of the other person. It is called CONSIDERATION. If you go to Japan, you learn to bow. You don't say, I wouldn't bow. It is rude not to. If you are in Arabia, you leave your shoes at the doorsteps. It has nothing to do with being black. It is the way things are done in your host country. So you learn and behave appropriately and that gives you respect. Please don't go into a mosque in Kuwait with your shoes on. You could be hanged for it lose your NIKE. It is not normal for women to fight naked on a busy road in Italy. Italians don't like it no matter how loud you shout afterward "I am black and beautiful”. They wouldn't respect you. Finally, I know you might see the Queen of England like a mother to you. For crying out loud if you are even in England and invited to Buckingham palace Please don't try to hug the Queen of England. Even Michelle Obama is not allowed to. The say way, A white man cannot come to Benin and call the Oba of Benin by his first name. A white woman cannot go into a Mosque in Kano without hair covering and her shoes on. Even when you are Malaya Trump. ... Thanks for reading. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=274709469701835&id=158338594672257

10 Things That White People Don’t Like About Nigerians: I wrote this because of the English hostess that was very frustrated about flying to Nigeria. A lot of negative and hostile comments have been directed towards her and I tend to sympathize with that young lady. Yes, she could have said it different but she was frustrated. She may have told her boss several times that she doesn’t want to fly to Nigeria but she had to, so she snapped. I don’t know. However, this is the list I know from my white family and friends having been married to a white person for 27 years. Maybe you know more to help bridge the cultural gap. So next time you meet white people try to avoid these behaviors that might be acceptable in Nigeria: 1: Calling a white person an Oyinbo pepe is not good. It is as bad to them as calling a black person a Nigger by the white person. 2: Inferiority complex towards the white race. Most white people hates it when Africans treat them with over respect. This annoys my wife the most. 3: Most Nigerian knows everything. Never day I don't know the answer to a question when asked. Rather, give very wrong answers. They appreciate it when you just say, I don’t know. 4: Coming late to a meeting or to any appointment. 5: Over dressing up. White people prefers beautify and moderate dressing. If you visit white people overdressed they are embarrassed and are not amused but will tolerate you. But our people don't know this because we want to impress them. 6: Praying over everything but not do what is within your power to change the situation. 7: Loitering in the day time. Basically hanging around gisting and not getting anything done. 8: Don’t say please when you ask for something and thank you at the end of asking for something, when something is giving to you even when it is your right, but rather command with, give me this and give me that. Rather, it is please can I have a piece of chocolate. 9: Not showing compassion to fellow Africans. Think about the 419 scammers or marry for papers or looters. 10: Always calling people by their nicknames. So you have in a family, the Chairman, The Oldman and the Governor. That is how we lost the name of one of my uncles. We always called him Teacher. After he and all his siblings died nobody remembered his name. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=273940029778779&id=158338594672257

I still have a Nigerian passport. But when coming into Nigeria with my wife I always get a visa on our foreign passports. Why? My wife is very worried about the Nigerian Immigration service. For those of you who don't know. When you arrive in Nigeria and in almost all airports, the country's citizens and card holders are separated into separate queues. The citizen check in is faster since they don't need a visa check. In Nigeria as you would expect it is very chaotic. Your spouse can be separated from you and sometimes, they will sent the foreign spouse to another office to go and do further checking because something was wrong. there is no vaccination card or something else. - it is like the story of the expired tires by the road safety. Before you know it you have lost your wife temporarily and nobody knows where she is. Before she is discovered, she would have lost a $100. If you are a foreigner, that is scary. To avoid that nightmare at the airport she feels safer if both of us come to Nigeria with foreign passports and a Visa. that way we are both on the same queue. Each visa cost at least $250 in total. That is not the official rate of course. another big story. HOw long does it take a government to clean this mess up and really make business in Nigeria easy and encourage tourism. The irritating part is, as soon as you get to Lagos they will change the three months Visa to 30 days. You must go to a local immigration office after 30 days to start the bribing thing again. True story. Talk about being unfriendly to tourism. The investors are even getting a rougher deal. After 27 years of marriage she still doesn't have a resident permit in Nigeria. But that is a story for another day. I think by now this country owns me an apology from a very high official. https://m.facebook.com/AromsAigbehi/photos/a.160241647815285.1073741828.158338594672257/273645213141594/?type=3

Nigeria actually has a way of taking one step forward and two steps backward. True story. This is me fully dressed up like a Yoruba man 30 years ago. I just came back to Nigeria for Holiday. Before I went to America there were polaroid and other small cameras. Studios with kodak papers etc. Then few years later I came back and I wanted to take a passport photo for a new international passport. I was told I had to go to this guy at the ringroad to make a photo. We took a trip to 1920. When I came there he and the other guys were actually using a pinhole camera. Brilliant. Why? Buhari came. The first coming. and Things got hard, there was austerity measures and they couldn't import stuff anymore so the guys had to result to the old fashion pinhole camera to make do. It worked very well. I still have the International passport although, not valid anymore. Guess what? they were smiling while doing it. I know people with short memory will not remember this, but I took a photo of the event with my imported camera. I wonder how back we will go this time before a revival. https://m.facebook.com/AromsAigbehi/photos/a.160241647815285.1073741828.158338594672257/272873396552109/?type=3

How I Struck A Deal WIth My Wife On Nigerian Beans. Please read till the end. Everyday, like today I wake up trying to find new ways to appeal to Africans and show them the road to progress so we can all have some decent life. However, at the end of the day, like every other day no matter how hard I try, I am not going to make much progress. That I know already. We are the only continent that is constantly poising themselves with different types of things. There is nothing we have not done to destroy ourselves. I once see some people using drums with radioactive waste dump in Nigeria. The people went there, took the drums and dump the waste and started using it for drinking water. Sadly, those people are no longer with us. Today I see people eating imported frozen chicken from China with embalming substance. Nigerians don't ask themselves, how the hell do you get a chicken from China to Lagos without a refrigerator? They are happy, because they are eating imported chicken. For me, When I am in NIgeria I only eat chicken from the local farmer. I must see the chicken walking around first before I make it a dinner. Americans and Asians are dumping 14 years old corn and rice to us. people are happy because they are eating imported food. The Americans don't even want to feed their animals with these corn. Nigerians farmers are using the most biological weapons to grow, and preserve their food with cancer causing agents. I will tell you a story. My wife doesn’t like beans with weevils inside. She calls them little beasts. When we were in Nigeria I told her we must buy beans with weevils. Why? A bag of beans without weevils in Nigeria means there are very dangerous chemicals used to sanitized the beans. These chemicals kill the weevils and any other bugs that could inhibit the bag of beans. I am a farmer in Nigeria, that is one of the things I do and I am good at. I am also interested in chemicals and their impacts to health. When I was in Nigeria I discovered the EU banned the exportation of beans to Europe. I knew we have done something bad again. I did some research and found out some serious anomalies. Nobody likes beans with weevils, certainly not the Europeans. In other to preserve the beans our farmers have resulted to using Sniper insecticide. The type that is used to kill mosquitos. Sniper will kill you slowing. It is not if, but when you will die from eating beans preserved with sniper. Sniper cause cancer and many more heavy stuff I won't list here. The Europeans don't like weevils but hate Cancer more. The deal with my wife was simple, You either eat the beans with weevils and see the weevils as added protein or eat the clean beans and get added dose of Sniper. Please don't tell me it wasn't a good deal. How this doesn't happen in Nigeria. I can tell you worse personal experiences in the agriculture field in NIgeria but that will be for another day. We are eating Plantain ripened with other dangerous stuff. I am not going to say what it is not to encourage people to go and buy it. So, in Nigeria we only buy an unripe plantain and let it ripe at home. I don't want that heavy stuff. How come we love chemicals so much in Nigeria? People are dying? The cancer epidemic is just starting. I wonder do people read my work? has it even gotten to people in government? Why are people mute. Are there not people reading my work who know government people or someone that can help us spread the message? If you live in Nigeria it is not if it will affect you, but WHEN. I want to help with the solution but people just refuse to see it to come along and lets change things. I know better so I take precaution. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=272790003227115&id=158338594672257
