I am looking for a transcriber to transcribe and then edit my messages so it will be more accessible to everyone. To apply your written and spoken English MUST be better than mine. I don't care of your qualification.

You will transcribe and edit the videos into text for publication. You should have access to a device and electricity to do that. There will be no excuse that there was no NEPA or the flood came.

Right now my Transcribing work is outsourced to the Philippines and I would like a Nigerian to take over this job but I will not compromise on quality and efficiency.

If you are interested please send a transcribe of 5 minutes of any of my video in the next 3 days fully edited.

It is a work at home job. you will be your own boss and your data will be provided.

Politics99.98% Of Nigerians are corrupt In This Aspect by Adieza(op):
How Nigerians are both Benefactors and Victims of Corruption

Nigerians hate the consequences of corruption but not the actions itself. They hate not having electricity and not having running water. They hate the bad roads (if you can call them roads.) They hate the backwardness of the society that they cannot get the same comfortable lifestyle as attainable in Europe, America and Asia.
Yes, they would like to see a difference. Yet, every single Nigeria contributes one way or the other to the demise of the country. Many people don’t know this and other pretend not to know. Generally, no one wants to take responsibility. There is always someone else to be blamed. Mostly it is THEM. The THEM can be anybody or anything depending on the level of hardship and the level of ignorance at the time. It can be the Europeans, Americans, Politicians, Leaders, even Bill Gates. Even the leaders are blaming the leaders. A Nigerian will hardly reflect on the problem and see where he or she personally is at fault and resolve to some form of personal resolution.
To illustrate this let me give you just one example. When I was a young man in Benin City, I use to pass by a small estate with beautiful houses owned by a customs officer. I loved those buildings. It was situated in a sloping area. Although the elevation of the slope was not that high, but you could feel it when you walk uphill.

It was situated on a road called Eweka road in a place now known at Ikpoba-Okha. It was supposed to be a major road and was at least several kilometres long.

I left the country when I was very young. Anytime I visited Nigeria I would see all the neighbourhood deteriorate gradually. But I still spent time at the family home and stayed there when I was in town. I would walk pass this estate and see it gradually run down.

20 years later, after 10 years’ self-exile from Nigeria, I came back again and decided to have a walk around. I requested to be taken to the location where the estate was. I was told politely the area no longer exists. What happened? I queried.
I was told the area has been washed away by erosion. That I can literally walk on the roof of some of those houses now. It was hard to believe, how is that possible? I demanded to be taken to the area. What I saw there was a shock. There was a valley almost as deep as the Grand Canyon created there. All the houses, the investments and the estate built with corrupt money, all gone. The owner, now an ex-customs officer was still alive, living in a small flat somewhere with a noisy “I better pass my neighbour” generator to power himself into the 21th century digital age.

He told his story to me, how he was screwed by the government pension scheme and how he lost his estates - He had more than one.

He told how the ex-governor of Edo State, Mr. Lucky Igbinedion got world bank loan to create proper roads and drainage in the area. The Eweka road was supposed to be constructed properly and drainage system properly laid down. The contractor came in cohort with the government to paved the road and walked away without doing the work. They pocketed all the money.
As more and more people started building houses in the area the erosion accelerated and coupled with the fact our people don’t like to walk together to solve common problem they resorted to pray. However, for one reason or the other, God didn’t hear the prayers and erosion came and wiped out all that area with hundreds of houses.

That was the story of how the customs officer lost his estate.
This is a typical case of corruption swallowing corruption. The customs officer built the estate in the first place through ill-gotten wealth. He loved it them when the result of corruption was on his side. However, years later, he was the one who suffered the consequences of corruption. He lost everything. Suddenly he was against corruption and wants to fight it.
This type of story is a recurring story in the Nigerian society and the people don’t seem to learn from it.

The side people are in the fight against corruption depends on if they are benefactors or victims at the time. However, at the end, every Nigerian and their offspring become victim of corruption. It is just a matter of time.

Many people really love corruption and they are actually proud of it. Ask people why they love Nigeria. One of the things they will tell you is “everything goes in Nigeria as long as you have money” That is no reason to love a country. That is a jungle behaviour. It is only in the jungle everything goes. In a normal society your right stops where mine starts.
I know a lot of people who just enjoy abusing others just because they have a bit of money than the other person. This type of behaviour is not tolerated in the western world. So they love it in Nigeria.

The problem will remain as long as no one wants to blink first.

A while back, I was flying back home. I was in the business class lounge at the marital Mohmand airport. There was a man and his colleague sitting next to me. They ordered one of the ladies there to serve them. At the lounge it is self-service. It is not a restaurant. The lady politely served them. But they called her back again and again. At a time, they demanded for something and she told them it was not available. However, they wouldn’t stop. They demanded of her to go out of the airport to buy it for them. That was when she drew the line and refused that it was not allowed. They men got upset and started saying to her “do you know who I am” at that time I intervened and told them to cool it off. That was typical of a Nigerian abuse of power or privilege.

Yes, in Nigerian everything goes, He cannot do that in Germany or England. If he does, he would be thrown out of the lounge no matter who he was and they don’t care how much you have. In Nigeria you could even have your police escort beat the woman up and get her raped because everything goes. Yes, some people love that. Except when they become the victims.

AgricultureHow The Nigeria Customs Treated Me Badly by Adieza(op):
Nigeria agriculture. I came to Nigeria 25 years ago because some government was encouraging agriculture. When I came, ready to farm the people were doing "plan well" and no government tractors to rent. The customs seized my fertiliser.

25 years later some government was encouraging agriculture again so I came back to Nigeria and this time people were doing MMM and still no government tractors to rent and the government ministries still look like dump and the customs seized my fence wire and the cows destroyed my farm. Talking about Deja vu.

I wish they should stop encouraging agriculture and do something because I am encouraged enough.

AgricultureStop Buying Federal Govt Fertilizer, It Fake. Work-Aroms by Adieza(op):
I am not in NIgeria right now so I cannot confirm this. However, I have been looking for the fertilizer the FG said they are selling to farmers at N5500. Today my fertilizer distributor told me that it is an organic fertilizer called Compost Plus.

Anything compost is not a fertiliser, rather a soil conditional. The simplest way to distinguish between compost and fertilizer is to remember this: Compost feeds the soil and fertilizer feeds the plants. Fertilizer adds to the soil's nutrient supply, but instead of feeding the soil food web, the ingredients in fertilizers are intended to meet the needs of fast-growing plants.

Therefore, compost don't always meet the need of a plant and there is no way a 50 kg bag of compost should cost N5500.

You will need at least 100 bags of compost to get the same result on an acre as 5 bags of NPK.

In Europe compost is the cheapest thing you can buy for your garden.

Cow manure is a organic fertilizer and much more potent. There is nothing more organic than that. We buy it for N200 per bag already collected. if you want to pack it yourself then give the Mallam some token at the Kara market and you are set to go.

Christianity EtcNigeria are the Most Religious and The Poorestm by Adieza(op):
Starting last year I opened my door on social media to lots of people. So I see more feeds from people from Nigeria than I ever did. I have learnt great deal from it. Don't get offended but I will yab for a while..

Most people feed their minds with very negative stuff. anytime there is some bad news from the internet they are the first ones to share it or repost it.

The most important thing I noticed is that most Nigerians hardly come to the needs of others. Anytime something serious happens people express their disappointments and blame the leaders and move on.

For most Nigerians, it is God here and God bless there and God, God, God, God. As if God is going to come down and do the work himself. Frankly, this is starting to bother me. Because it seems the issue of God is being used by most people as excuse not to do the right thing. It blocks their minds from dealing with present issues. In Dutch they call it a "Stop Woord" funny enough that is how you write it in English with one "o" less.

A stop word is a commonly used word (such as "the"wink that a search engine has been programmed to ignore. People are now using God as a stop word in Nigeria and therefore your brain (computer) is being programmed to ignore it's meaning. Talk about using God's name in vain.

When you used a stop word it mentality block your thinking. It freezes the mind or people and doesn't let them take simple and positive actions.

The most recent case is the flood in Benue. I saw lots of God bless flooding my news feed but just a friend shared a post to for action to help those in need in Benue state. I see in America politicians, artist, movie stars and business people all are dropping $ millions to help in Texas but with less prayers.

Please my people cut down the God bless thing and stop using God's name in vain.

Prayers helps to calm the mind. But while you pray do something for our fellow humans in Benue who are devastated by flood. Donate to help these people. Even N1000 will go a long way. I have done my part. What about you?

If you think Nigeria is not working and you are not doing something, know that you are part of the problem. Please donate using the info on the image. Thanks.

The ugly picture is a drainage project initiated by Governor Adams Oshomhole of Edo State to relief his people from flooding. It cost about $450 million at the time of the borrowing. The beautiful picture is Dublin airport terminal 2. It cost Euros 325 Million. Yet some people blame the white man for their woes.

In Nigeria, one very staple food is garri. Made from cassava tubers, it has been nicknamed ‘garry’, ‘African ican an cornflakes’, ‘garium sulphate’, ‘garrison’ and so many other funny names.

It is loved by all and sundry because it is cheap, affordable and consumed by the rich and poor alike. it may be consumed with milk, sugar, suya, groundnut, kulikuli, coconut, fried meat, fish (raw, cooked or fried) and the list is endless. Some take it as a form of snack, others have it as real food. It may also be “transformed” and consumed as ‘Eba’, that is when it is prepared with hot water and eaten withsoup.
Garri has numerous benefits as it increases vitality in consumers.Taking too much garri can have some serious health implications,we would discuss a few of them below:

1. Eye Defects:Garri is made from cassava which contains hydrocyanic acid. Cyanide in garri, in large quantity, canleadto serious eye defects. However, proper and thorough processing of the garri should reduce the concentration of the acid to a considerate level.

2. Cyanideis also an organic acid in nature and where in excess, it can lead to intestinal issues, and can worsen the case of an ulcer patient.

3. Cassava which is the root from which garri is produced is rich in carbohydrate. A cup of garri contains about 360 calories, out of which 99% is carbohydrate. Hence, consuming much garri canlead to storing of excess carbs in the body and this can lead to unnecessary weight gain. With these stated side effects, you may be wondering what to do. I know you love garri, I really do too. However, there is need to take caution so as to prevent any negative health implications. As stated above, proper processing of the garri can dramatically reduce the level of cyanide.
Hence, it is advisable that youd purchase your garri from trusted sources and just as the popular saying goes,“moderation is key”. Moderate your overall consumption of garri.

PoliticsNigerians are getting Christianity in a Wrong Way- Aroms Aigbehi by Adieza(op):
Why do some mumu people stop to let ducks cross the road in some countries?

God Punish You.

That was the curse I heard almost every day as a kid while growing up in Nigeria. There is no Nigerian that have not heard a version of this curse melted out to him or her.

Today, there is a more potent version. This one is taught by the pastors in Nigeria. That is the one the holy spirit is summoned to punish and destroy the perceived enemies.

In my farm a young man came to work one day and saw the cucumbers weren't doing that well. Instead of him to seek a scientific solution to the problem, he started a series of chants that ended in barrage of curses. "I command the Holy spirit to take charge of this farm. Let the enemies of this farm go to bed and not wake up. Let God punish them and varnish them for live." haba.
The problem is the enemies of the farm were viruses created by God and there are man made solution to deal with them. besides, these viruses are still there as I speak. Apparently, God didn't answer his prayer.
So I wonder what are these pastors teaching these people? First, how can you, a mere earthly man think you can command God to do something for you? Where is the respect. I told him to go to the governor and talk to him the way he is talking to God and see what will happens to him.
Jesus said we should love even our enemies. Where do these people get there ideas from. Then I wonder, could God have heard all these prayers of Nigerians all theses years and have decided to answer them? Do theses people know they are also enemies of someone else and those people are praying the same prayer?
So, that brings me to the question, Why do some people in some countries stop to let docks cross the road and in Nigeria we laugh at the misfortune of others and command God to do more harm to perceived enemies?
I leave that to you to answer.
