I have a burden in my heart that I need a solution to from you nairalanders,I am working on a project involving drying of kolanut and I am looking for a way in which I will be able to dry mechanically within a limited duration and it won't affect the nutritional values of the kolanut.

plz i have an issue bothering me,i was born in belgium to nigerian parents in 1986,i was able to skool till i was 6 years old (i have my birth certificate and pictures to prove that) b4 coming back to naija.

that's a good idea first and for most am a learner but i have been able to take my step to the next level,all i can just tell you is that you should source for the product first and be good with the price from their you will be able to do other things. also you know that for every profession their is always a professionals so seek for mentorship from people around you to tell you where you can get cashew nut and direct you on getting them in bulk
