It’s just a mixture of gari, groundnut and sugar. You pound it well. It’s tastes nutty

You can keep it for as long as 1weeks without even putting it in a fridge
Just eat and put the remaining in a clean jar and keep it anywhere on a shelf. It’s a handy snack.

Sometimes when I see people with so many contacts on phone and social medias, there is a question which always pop through my mind, if they should send a general message of needing 5K urgently, how many of those people on their list can help?

I guess some people save lots of numbers in their phones for
1. Lots of WhatsApp view (maybe they are selling something)
2. “Just incase”, we don’t know the future, that person might become big and they will be connected to them
3. For just any future use, they might just need them for something

Maybe you can ask why? But as long as we call each other without asking who is this? I don’t think it’s an issue. Besides, I’ll be happy knowing my friend has my number stored in his/her head than the phone. So even without their phone, they can call me.

She might be a narcissist. They try to destroy your relationships with other people. They make you look bad by any means even if it’s a set up. But since you left her for genuine reasons, then stand your ground. Those friends and family who know you and love you will choose your side no matter what. In these times, you know who’s who. At least you dodged a bullet. Ignore her totally. Don’t show her that her attitude is disturbing you in anyway. Just focus on other things. She will get tired.
