Concerning the type of potato leaves used for my sauce, it’s sweet potatoes leaves. We don’t use Irish potatoes leaves. Funny enough I’ve never seen Irish potatoes leaves before. It’s not grown here. Do you grow Irish potatoes in Nigeria?

I had to call mom to remind me the order in which the vegetable is made . I forgot.

And it turned out delicious

It’s breadfruit that has been peeled, boiled and pounded like pounded yam. It’s healthier. High source of fiber too
