EmekaBlue:This is not a Phyton. This is African Puff Adder. A very very poisonous snake. The bite kills in only a few hours. Google and read about it |
About 10% of men are impotent! Yes out of every 100 men, about 10 of them are impotent!!! Unfortunately you hang around with those dudes everyday and you won't know it. In some cultures, it is completely normal for the man to send the wife to get pregnanted by another man; either a stranger or family member. Am not saying this is the case here; but it's a possibility. The woman didn't say it behind him The man you claimed is faily well educated What's your own ![]() |
For Immediate Release July 7, 2017 Release The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today approved Endari (L-glutamine oral powder) for patients age five years and older with sickle cell disease to reduce severe complications associated with the blood disorder. "Endari is the first treatment approved for patients with sickle cell disease in almost 20 years," said Richard Pazdur, M.D., acting director of the Office of Hematology and Oncology Products in the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research and director of the FDA’s Oncology Center of Excellence. "Until now, only one other drug was approved for patients living with this serious, debilitating condition." Sickle cell disease is an inherited blood disorder in which the red blood cells are abnormally shaped (in a crescent, or "sickle," shape). This restricts the flow in blood vessels and limits oxygen delivery to the body’s tissues, leading to severe pain and organ damage. According to the National Institutes of Health, approximately 100,000 people in the United States have sickle cell disease. The disease occurs most often in African-Americans, Latinos and other minority groups. The average life expectancy for patients with sickle cell disease in the United States is approximately 40 to 60 years. The safety and efficacy of Endari were studied in a randomized trial of patients ages five to 58 years old with sickle cell disease who had two or more painful crises within the 12 months prior to enrollment in the trial. Patients were assigned randomly to treatment with Endari or placebo, and the effect of treatment was evaluated over 48 weeks. Patients who were treated with Endari experienced fewer hospital visits for pain treated with a parenterally administered narcotic or ketorolac (sickle cell crises), on average, compared to patients who received a placebo (median 3 vs. median 4), fewer hospitalizations for sickle cell pain (median 2 vs. median 3), and fewer days in the hospital (median 6.5 days vs. median 11 days). Patients who received Endari also had fewer occurrences of acute chest syndrome (a life-threatening complication of sickle cell disease) compared with patients who received a placebo (8.6 percent vs. 23.1 percent). Common side effects of Endari include constipation, nausea, headache, abdominal pain, cough, pain in the extremities, back pain and chest pain. Endari received Orphan Drug designation for this use, which provides incentives to assist and encourage the development of drugs for rare diseases. In addition, development of this drug was in part supported by the FDA Orphan Products Grants Program, which provides grants for clinical studies on safety and/or effectiveness of products for use in rare diseases or conditions. The FDA granted the approval of Endari to Emmaus Medical Inc. The FDA, an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, protects the public health by assuring the safety, effectiveness, and security of human and veterinary drugs, vaccines and other biological products for human use, and medical devices. The agency also is responsible for the safety and security of our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, dietary supplements, products that give off electronic radiation, and for regulating tobacco products. ### |
Zeng:Nothing wrong with your traveling weeks before you start school. In fact they expect you to. Just tell them that you want to know your way around before classes start. Classes in the US is very different from Nigeria. No time to play around. The immigration officers know this. Good luck to you. You will be ok. |
Can you supply up to 100 |
Do you still have these trees? How much is it? What quantity can I get? Please respond |
Diplomaticbeing:Very likely it is GBS yes!! The sad news is that if the young man is the one in the picture, what they are doing there is not in any way how to treat Guillian Barre Syndrome. If it progresses without prompt treatment, he will likely die from it. Let him quickly seek evaluation and treatment from a neurologist as soon as possible |
The title of this write up is very misleading. Cure for sickle cell disease has been around for a long time through Bone Marrow transplant. For this method of cure, there must be a matched donor. This is a limiting factor, because you must have a HLA type matched donor with AS or AA. No donor, no transplant. What is being discussed here is a different type of treatment "stem cell" transplant. There is no donor here. Doctors utilize the undifferentiated stem cells in the patient to gradually replace the bone marrow and produce normal hemoglobin. |
Good job. I will have work for you soon |
As much as this story happened in the 1950's and this woman is confessing now; accusations like this against blacks and people of color still happens today in different ways. It is easy for a white person to make up lies against a black man or frame his reputation in a negative way. The sad part is that it is easy for people to believe these lies and act on it. Nothing has changed. It just depends on the content of accusation and the circumstances. It hurts as bad. At the end, we as a people have the sole responsibility of changing our destiny. We as Nigerians are lucky to have an option to have a country we can call our own. When we engage in meaningful nation building, people will respect us for who we are. Decades ago Indians and the Chinese were seen as scums in the Western world much like blacks. Look at where the are today and the respect accorded to them. |
Where is it located and how much? Will pay commission. Inbox me: cooldrazix@yahoo.com |
OBJ is 100% correct. Buhari and his cronies have no interest helping the South East. We have to start looking inwards. Bringing investments and industries back home. Unfortunately Igbos are still hell bent in developing other regions and states in Nigeria and forgoing theirs. Should anyone really feel sorry for them? Absolutely NO. I don't blame Buhari. Shame to Igbos for not looking inwards and blaming everyone else |
Is this still available? |

ojun50:This is not a question of vote. Nigeria belongs to us. People are suffering irrespective of political affiliation. We need to take our country back. Increase of N1,000 in each bag of cement overnight s going to affect all Nigeria. If you like vote for PDP or APC. The poor will suffer most. |
Which was Nigeria? Are we going to survive this? How will a poor be able to make it in Nigeria of today? I can't believe when I went to buy cement this morning and was told the price has gone up to N2,500. Cement that was selling N1,500 on Friday and Saturday this past week. Please when will the ordinary man in Nigeria take to the street and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. On top of it police bribery and corruption has increased on the road. Asking for the new tinted permit Yet when you go to office office to register and do finger printing, they will tell you the system is down and no officer should harass you on the road. Why are the politicians so wicked? I weep for my country. |
ikehuchenna:How do I reach Izutech? I like his work |

Can you arrange for delivery of one in Owerri. How much will it cost with delivery? Serious buyer |
How much? Serious buyer |
My advice to you is to visit Nigeria first. Once there, you can make contact with a lawyer or immigration personnel in their Immigration office and ask the right questions and process your papers. Don't deal with anybody online. Nigeria and Nigerians is like any other country, so the basic online etiquette applies : "Never trust a stranger you met online" In the alternative the father of your children or a member of his family can help you process your papers, since you are doing this for his children to be close to him. Good luck and thank you for putting the welfare of your children first before yours. God bless |
What is this tinted glass thing self ? Just another way for police to extort money from citizens who are already suffering. |
Is cooking not considered work? Why don't we all starve on Sunday, since we don't want to work. Why would God allow people to fall sick on Sunday if he truly intended that we don't work on Sunday? - why would he punish the doctors and nurses who work to save the lives of his children on Sunday. What of the taxi driver, cleaner, policemen and several others who make it possible for us to live, eat, get to church, worship God - is God's law designed to make them sin and go to hell? I wonder the anarchy that will ensue if policemen, NEPA engineers etc decided to stay home or spend the entire day in church and refuse to work on Sunday. I am at work now, saving lives, the lives of God's children and I give God thanks for making it possible for me to do so. Nigerians and sin/law. It's never a sin or against God's when we want to deceive others, swindle them of their money or dupe them - oh; I forgot it's called deal or contract. Rubbish. Let's first remove the plank in our eyes before trying to remove the speck in another person's eye. The pastors that preach this rubbish are busy collecting money from corrupt politicians who have raped our future and our dear country. |
