This is the second time i ignorantly recharge N1,050 via mobile banking app and my money will just disappeared. I am unaware of 4x recharge. Neither the main account nor d 4x account has been credited till now. The first one took 3 weeks of calling customer care everyday b4 they recharge my line. On the 13th of August 2018, i mistakenly added 50 to 1000 instead of recharging N1,000 to avoid 4x recharge scam. I have been calling customer care line almost every day and they kept telling me they are working on it. Its almost two months now.
