I am saying you can’t apply directly for Alberta PNP streams for some NOC, this is stated on their page. Only healthcare pathway tech pathways and entrepreneurs can apply directly. This was why I ask how you intend submitting EOI with that NOC. If you have this link then share it.


You can only apply through express entry by selecting that province. My NOC is the same , I already choose all provinces including Alberta during submitting of my EE last year.

But for my NOC I was still able to submit EOI directly for SINP on the sinp portal.

There is nothing like that. You can sponsor your spouse almost immediately you become a PR, provided you didn't get your PR through Spousal Sponsorship in the last 5 years. Although to sponsor a spouse or dependant, you will need to prove that you have a source of income, so you need to have a job first. If you have a job, please put in your spouse application.
