I have not received confirmation of payment in my mail nor have I received any form that will further my application process. What could have happen? My friends account has been debited. Also I was sent a message that.

The second image was the message I received when I refreshed. Does it means WES is awaiting for my documents from my school?

I'm currently worried that they have abandoned my case.
