There is a new report on the death of Five Star Entertainment, Artiste Skibii floating around that he might have regained consciousness.

According to Linda Ikeji who first reported the story of his death, She has been contacted and exclusively told that the artiste just regained consciousness.

This might turn out to be a cleverly pulled Publicity Hoax.

Here’s what Linda Reported.

And they sent me the photo above. The source said he’d dressed up and was going for his media rounds today when he suddenly fell and was unable to be revived.

Because I know the guys at Five Star Music, I contacted them for confirmation. I actually called the music label’s artist manager, Soso Soberekon, to confirm the news.

Soso, who had already posted a candlelight image on his instagram page said he would call me back with confirmation, that they were just hearing about the incident, that he and Kcee were in Europe.

He called me back at exactly 10.02am to confirm that Skiibii had passed on.

So I carried the news.

But a few minutes ago (hours after I carried the news), Kcee called me to say Skiibii hadn’t died.

He said he received the news of his collapse this morning but said he wasn’t sure what was going on because he was not in Nigeria.

He said his brother told him Skiibii had been found with no pulse and wasn’t breathing.

They rushed him to the hospital and after hours there, he has been revived.

There is someone who knows Majek Fashek well enough to give an insight to his grace-to-grass story. His cousin and former band mate, they grew up together. They once shared dreams of reggae greatness. No one could have known Majek better than Amos McRoy, last name Osifo, now pastor of Seed of Abraham International Christian Centre. The reggae artiste-turned-gospel singer also doubles as producer and CEO of Fresh Dew Studio. In this 2011 interview exclusively granted to Entertainment Express Pastor Amos debunked the general notions attributing his cousin’s plight to drugs and alcoholism. The Man Majek

This year (2011) Majek is 51. Really, he doesn’t know his exact date of birth. Because his father and mother gave him conflicting months, he decided to adopt Bob Marley’s date of birth. His father was from Ilesha, his mother from Benin. His late mother was related to my father. So, Majek is my cousin. We grew up together in Benin City. His parents lived apart. Majek lived in Lagos with his father, schooling at Aladura Primary School, Anthony Village. He was 10 when his father died and he came to live with his mother in Benin. He attended New Era College. He was a good footballer, good in athletics, and also did a little bit of amateur Kung fu. Majek was likeable, a sociable young man, who had no problem integrating into the Benin society. Though, till now, he is not very fluent in Edo language. Majek never quarreled; but he really can argue, especially when he knew he was right about an issue. We all attended The Church of the Lord Aladura. His earliest musical influence came from the church. We were both in the choir. Majek started first as a trumpeter. Later, I taught him to play the guitar. There was an anniversary whereby women in the church sprayed me with money while I was playing the guitar. That day, he said to me “You don steal the show o. I no dey play trumpet again, this guitar na me and you go play am”. That was how he started playing the guitar.

While in Lagos, he was in the children choir of The Church of the Lord Aladura, Anthony Village. In Benin, he composed songs for the choir. He was very good. He composed his songs in English. He was a brilliant student, but a habitual truant. He used to leave home for school with another dress hidden inside his school bag. Once out of sight, he changed out of his uniform. We both hanged around NTA Benin untill the opportunity came and we started performing in about four different programmes, notably Music Panorama. At the time, Majek was 15 years old.

50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson III, reportedly earned between $60 million and $100 million from a stake in Vitamin Water when it sold to Coca-Cola in 2007, according to The Washington Post.

His assets is said to be, from $10 million to $50 million, including cash,according to his lawyers.So what could be the news about him being “BROKE”.

Leviston’s lawyer told Business Insider, “We think this is a failed attempt to avoid paying this woman who has been hurt so badly by his actions.”

This is how the war began; Rick Ross and Leviston had a child together in 2003. In 2008, Leviston was recorded having sex with her boyfriend at the time (who was not Ross). That boyfriend gave 50 Cent a copy of that sex tape.

Sexually transmitted diseases may soon become a thing of the past after a group of students invented a ‘smart’ condom that can detect the bacteria.

Named as S.T.EYE, the condom changes colour when exposed to a sexually transmitted disease could help to cut the spread of the illnesses.

The idea has bee n dreamt up by a group of students taking part in the TeenTech awards as a way to combat soaring infection rates.

Its unique concept includes a layer impregnated with molecules that attach to the bacteria and viruses associated with the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

So the condom might glow green for chlamydia, yellow for herpes, purple in the presence of the human papillomavirus which causes genital warts, and blue for syphilis, explained the designers.....

James Horner, the celebrated composer of the scores of several Hollywood smash-hit films including “Titanic” and “Avatar,” died Monday in a plane crash at the age of 61, US media reported.

Hollywood trade magazine Variety reported the composer died when his private aircraft crashed in Santa Barbara, California.

“Brilliant Composer James Horner, friend & collaborator on 7 movies has tragically died in a plane crash. My heart aches for his loved ones,” wrote director and colleague Ron Howard on Twitter.

A Senior Pastor of Coral Ridge Presbyterian and grandson of popular evangelist, Billy Graham has resigned from his pulpit.

Pastor Tullian Tchividjian stepped down after admitting he had an affair with an unnamed woman.

Tchividjian, 42, has been married to his wife, Kim, since 1994 and they have three children.

He released the following statement to The Washington Post:

“I resigned from my position at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church today due to ongoing marital issues. As many of you know, I returned from a trip a few months back and discovered that my wife was having an affair. Heartbroken and devastated, I informed our church leadership and requested a sabbatical to focus exclusively on my marriage and family. As her affair continued, we separated.

Sadly and embarrassingly, I subsequently sought comfort in a friend and developed an inappropriate relationship myself. Last week I was approached by our church leaders and they asked me about my own affair. I admitted to it and it was decided that the best course of action would be for me to resign. Both my wife and I are heartbroken over our actions and we ask you to pray for us and our family that God would give us the grace we need to weather this heart wrenching storm. We are amazingly grateful for the team of men and women who are committed to walking this difficult path with us. Please pray for the healing of deep wounds and we kindly ask that you respect our privacy.”

Kim Tchividjian sent the following message to The Post Monday morning:

In what was termed as an assault offence, hip-hop music mogul, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs was arrested on Monday on the campus of the University of California, Los Angeles where his son is in the American football team.

Combs, 45, was arrested at UCLA’s Acosta Athletic Training Complex on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon shortly after 12:30pm, according to a statement from campus police, and held at the jail on the west Los Angeles college campus after the incident.

Authorities said the rapper would be moved to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department later on Monday.

Officers said the weapon involved was a kettlebell, which is used by athletes in weight training.
