davo80:Wait till end feburary , u most likely wiill get a respond before then |
adenikeO:Just fill out the webform and explain the error; that’s all you can do for now. |
different44:IRCC often picks out bank statements that look suspicious and verifies with the bank if they were issued by them. Unfortunately, many agents use fake bank statements, and you cannot expect the bank to confirm issuing a fake statement. Some of these fake statements are even visibly flawed, with many typographical errors . |
angie88:I helped someone order GCMS notes in december after their agent told them the visa was still in process since January 2024. However, the notes revealed that a fake bank statement was used to his application, and he had been banned since July 2024. This person then unknownly applied for a USA visa in october , and the visa officer asked what happened to his Canada application. He responded that it was still under process by canada embassy . The officer then said, 'Sorry, we cannot issue you a visa. |
mjsxx13:Did your sister process the visa application herself or via visa agent or Who are you asking? |
Jidesam01:Go to ur wes portal and click Upgrade Your Report and then select immigration then it ask if it for ircc then u click yes and then add a report abd follow the instruction it very easy |
jayciekey:You right..thanks |
auto5598:Your wife is a PR holder and requires medical attention and family support, so you will get the visa even faster. However, consider applying for PR yourself, so you won't need a visa in the future. |
Pierocash:You argue out of ignorance. Comparing Wizkid to Burna Boy now shows you lack knowledge of the music industry, so I forgive your ignorance. I cannot argue with someone ruled by emotion rather than facts and figures. Please stop the envy and appreciate that a giant is a giant, even money-wise. No Nigerian artist gets paid over $1.2 million in appearance fees except Burna Boy. Cubana makes his money through many dubious channels, but in Nigeria, the source of wealth often cannot be traced—it’s all fake grace! |
Pierocash:Are Nigerians real burnaboy fans? Point of correction: Nigeria didn’t make Burna Boy a global icon. It was his extraordinary skill in blending into the Caribbean music stage. If your music is accepted in the Caribbean, you achieve fame and wealth faster because music is their way of life. Which lady did Burna Boy disrespect? Please ask Cubana Chief Priest to release the video of what happened that night at his club with the lady. Then you will realize that some of your ladies cannot be trusted, even in relationships. Does Burna Boy make his money in Nigeria? Please go to the Caribbean and see Burna Boy's real fan base and currently burnaboy is the biggest nigerian musician on world stage Pls show respect. In April 2024, during a Canadian Senate session, Marcel Lebleu, Director General at Global Affairs Canada, commended Nigerian Afrobeats artist Burna Boy for his significant achievements and Senator Peter Boehm, Chairman of the canadian Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, expressed his appreciation for Burna Boy's music. |
Chelseaboy101:Ur mean purpose is business reason as per attending conference |
CsRockefeller:Any competent lawyer will advise you that if you did not claim asylum at the point of entry now and have already begun attending classes, dropping out of school now to claim.asylum carries significant risks, especially as IRCC intensifies its crackdown on such abuses. the Canadian government has indicated the possibility of introducing new asylum laws, potentially within the 1 months, due to over 16,000 students dropping out of school last year to pursue asylum claims, which the government perceives as fraudulent. |
PrincessAdelia:Which professional exam is that? Firstly, please note that you are applying for a Canada visit visa at a time when Canada is very strict due to the high number of asylum seekers, and many have used similar stories to obtain visas only to claim asylum. You are applying for a visit visa, and the visa officer may not consider it essential travel, such as visiting family or studying in Canada, especially as a new traveler. Seeking sponsorship to fund a visit visa might not make sense to the visa officer. Also, is your sister a Canadian resident? |
79733139:The arugment here and counter argument stem from a cultural mindset that often interprets constructive criticism or dialogue as negative. To effectively plan and manage risks, it's essential to consider all available information, regardless of whether it's perceived as positive or negative. "By only accepting information that aligns with our views, we may overlook critical insights that could inform our decision-making and contingency planning. A recent example illustrates this point: an opposing viewpoint point to ur jobbank statement revealed a deception on Job Bank, highlighting the importance of exploring, job search strategies beyond this single resource and, embracing diverse perspectives and feedback can enhance our understanding and preparedness. |
different44:You mentioned applying in October with your family, and two weeks ago you said you received a mail to upload your wife’s payslip even though she’s not the main applicant, but today public holiday you received a request for police character and tax clearance; however, on November 2, you mentioned an upcoming biometrics appointment, which contradicts your claim that biometrics were completed on October 4—so what type of visa did you apply for: visit, student, or PR? And did you applied urself or via an agent? |
zubizareta:Please note, the individual is not my friend; this is my error. I meant to write 5 months, not 3 months, but he was out of school for an entire semester without informing the IRCC and working due to financial difficulties . After changing schools and completing a new course, his post-graduate work permit application was refused. He sought asylum, but his application was unsuccessful this month . He has now been asked to vacate the hotel provided for asylum seeker in Toronto by February 2025, along with others in his asylum group. If you have the financial means to support his legal case or accommodation, or if you are in a position to offer legal services, please contact me.thank you |
Fulani14:Let’s clarify one thing first, so others don’t make the same mistake. Dropping out of school after just one month shows you were unprepared for the financial challenges of studying in Canada. Let’s set the exchange rate aside for now. Secondly, you broke several rules. You cannot be out of school for more than three months, and even if you are, you must notify IRCC and are not allowed to work during that period. While some students managed to avoid consequences last year, schools have now started filing official reports, especially the University of Manitoba. Last year, this school required no tuition deposit, which was the main reason many students applied just to land in Canada, often following the advice of visa agents. You even asked the same question about this situation when you applied for your visa and again after you got it, so you were fully aware of the risks. What happened to all this advice and information? This stricter enforcement this year has made the situation even more challenging. Now, even to change schools, you must apply for a new study permit. I know a student who did exactly what you did last year. He was out of school for even fewer months and then changed schools. However, after completing his program this year, his postgraduate work permit (PGWP) was refused. Instead of seeking proper legal advice like you doing now , a poorly informed quack individual advised him to claim asylum—a highly flawed approach to solving a PGWP rejection. His case was expedited, and just 3 months after applying for asylum he was giving very fast asylum hearing date with ircc offical present to add salt to his injury , his claim was denied because it was clearly weak. He is now on appeal, but given the current circumstances, it’s unlikely he will win. Since you are now in a new school, the record of what you have done since arriving in Canada will significantly impact your future PGWP or PR applications. Seek professional advice immediately.l wish you all the best

Bobomaigida:It triggers nothing because Global Case Management System (GCMS) notes from IRCC are often processed by clerical employees, many of whom work part-time mostly 1 year contract. Their primary role is to match your data with the information you provided, retrieve your file, and send it to you. Their temporary ID number is usually noted in the file. In most cases, the individuals processing these files are not IRCC case officers. |
Jeboy:Polls indicate a difficult path for Trudeau's Liberals in the 2025 election, with the possibility of an early election, as the Conservatives, led by Pierre Poilievre, are significantly ahead and more likely to win. A Conservative victory will bring immigration policy changes, such as stricter visa rules, particularly for student visas, and reducing immigration levels, as most Canadians now view immigration as too high. |
Profgordons:Please, no matter how educated or how far you have come, share your positivity in peace and let others share their experiences too. You must respect public space and stop constituting a public nuisance by trying to impose your ideology, sense of superiority, and narrative on others in public spaces. This is the simple message others are trying to convey to you!" |
Profgordons:You are the one who needs to grow and stop categorizing information as simply 'negative' or 'positive.' The true essence of sharing information is to educate, inform, and use it to your advantage in enhancing your research, preparation, goal-setting, and relocation efforts. If we only focus on presenting information as positive, we miss the entire purpose of sharing it. Whether you choose to see information as negative or positive is your personal choice, but please do not impose this perspective on others! |
Predator188:Please,The person arguing with you is not even in Canada. Instead of asking questions and learning valuable information, they prefer to insult and argue, dismissing vital information as discouragement. But once they arrive in Canada, the majority will not come online again within two months as the cold wind of reality and destiny begins to blow them! |
Predator188:If you understand what has been happening in Canada over the last six months regarding immigration in canada , you'll realize that this group will no longer hold the same power they once did. Canadian voters are increasingly opposed to the current immigration pattern, and I can assure you with 100% confidence that their PGWP will not be extended, no matter how much they protest. Minister Miller has already stated that the situation is fixed. Studying in Canada is not a guaranteed path to permanent residency (PR), and not everyone will stay. Many fraudulent practices, such as LMIA fraud, bogus schools, and a lack of English proficiency, are being exposed. Even Canada’s Student Direct Stream (SDS) visa program, which was a fast-track visa program FOR them , ended on November 8, 2024. Many of those with expired PGWPs are now considering the asylum route, especially with the upcoming reforms to Canada’s asylum process. It is obvious that many of these applications are fake, with the intention of securing PR. Furthermore, on November 29, 2024, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced a temporary pause on the intake of new refugee sponsorship applications, which had been in place since 1979. With the election approaching and potentially an early election on the horizon, I see no chance of a PGWP extension, especially at a time when many Canadian youth are unable to find a job. The Canadian voter base is not in favour of the current immigration situation, and with the current low ratings of the Liberal Party, there’s a strong possibility of a loss in the upcoming election. They will likely do everything they can to please voters. I can bet you that they will introduce harsher immigration policies to regain voter confidence, rather than extend policies that would favour any particular group. |
Wizsherifa009:Best Approach: To get a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to order GCMS notes, I recommend searching for a video on YouTube. The video provides an easy-to-follow explanation on the process. Simply go to YouTube and type the following in the search bar: "How to Apply for GCMS Note (GCMS Online Application Guide - 2024)" Alternatively, you can search for "Chino Charles TV", and you'll find it listed among his videos. |
Maria96:I see many international students sleeping in tents in the cold in Brampton, all in the name of meaningless protests. The rules are very clear: PGWP cannot be extended, and studying in Canada is never a guarantee of permanent residency. Until people recognize this fact and plan accordingly, many will continue to be stranded after paying those exorbitant tuition fees! |
Wizsherifa009:You can use any email to order ur gcms note and not complsory email ur agent used for application! |
cole19:I don't believe this. Your agent claims your application is pending since July 2023. Pls Request your application number and UCI to order GCMS notes. Some agents use this trick to hide a 5-year ban by pushing applicants to abandon their application. Alternatively, ask for the confirmation paper generated online after applying; it should still be available for download on your portal and contains the information needed to order GCMS notes. |
Fallenangel0011:Prince Edward Island (PEI) is a province in Canada, and like all provinces, it follows the immigration policies set by the federal government. Regarding the Visitor Visa and working in PEI, a Visitor Visa for Canada does not allow you to work and cannot be converted to a work visa under current regulations, including in Prince Edward Island. The person who advised you otherwise is deceiving you. Even many students with work permits struggle to find work to pay for tuition, and some students drop out of school due to lack of funds. Please connect with honest people to avoid being stranded with fake advice! |
sunwintrav:You are absolutely correct about the ADR requiring an updated bank statement within 7 days, with a focus on any lump sum deposits! |
Okay567:Let's face the truth and set aside sentiment. The recent delays in processing times can be attributed, in part, to the significant influx of international students applying for asylum in Canada. Recent data reveals that over 13,000 international students have submitted asylum claims in the first eight months of this year 2024. This trend is largely driven by two factors: financial constraints that prevent students from paying tuition fees, and the misconception that studying in Canada guarantees Permanent Residency. To maintain the integrity of Canada's immigration system, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) must conduct thorough vetting procedures to ensure that only genuine students receive visas. This rigorous process may lead to increased visa refusals, potentially affecting even legitimate applicants who will face stricter scrutiny and prolonged processing times. |
Paulo01:As spouse of international student in canada applying for visit visa to visit spouse in canada , the visit visa will only be issue based on the validity of the student permit of the husband/wife in canada not on passport validity. |
Kurukuru:This is my last response, as I don't want to continue spamming the forum. You refused to read the instructions on ircc website in detail. My cousin arrived with a visitor visa for tourism but is now a student. You can also watch another lady's video on YouTube(@EvelynOnwuka) she also arrive canada on visit visa and now a student. Thanks. |
