modskiller:Your UCI is on the biometric letter or the agent collect the biometic letter back from you after biometric atlest that not login and password ? |
Gingeruch:You cannot buy this type of ticket online. You need to contact the airline directly and be prepared to buy a full ticket. Note that only one infant may be seated in the lap of each ticketed accompanying adult, and the infant must be included in the reservation. Additional infants under 2 years old must be ticketed and occupy an infant car seat in a separate aircraft seat. Most airlines accept this, but you have to contact them ahead of time and request to buy an extra seat for an infant. |
olajisunkanmi:order your GCMS or cbsa notes, but do not be surprised if they contain the same refusal genetic reasons, with no detailed explanation provided by the visa officer in the notes. |
Dontrixt43:Do not worry yourself, just carry both passports to the visa center. You will be fine with or without any webform. Your case is not about a missing or stolen passport. My guess was perfect and you matches the category of approval I have seen recently . Canada is not smiling now with visa approval for visitors applicant . The refusal rate is too high! Thanks and no thanks to many who claim asylum on a visit visa, and we all see the effect now. |
Dontrixt43:You can send a webform but no need wait reply..you can send your passport as ur passport expire but do you have a family in canada becos canada dey ghost all thoes tourist application now but l guess you very luck if you got the visa approved without travel history and no family in canada but purely tourist visa application..congratulations |
Gingeruch:Your mom can apply and has a chance based on her age, but where is the home tie here? She is a widow, not working, and being taken care of by her children. Your best approach is to include a letter from a church or any organization that she is committed to. Secondly, what do you mean by airline policy? I have seen single mothers travel for birth purposes to the USA and Canada, even to Mexico and Chile, with no issues. |
Trueigbo:Yes, you will need an invitation letter from your siblings in Canada, along with a copy of their identity card and proof of accommodation. |
mblarry1:Tell your friend to send the webform about the tourist visa application delay, as it is beyond the 6-month processing time. However, rest assured that Canada IRCC prioritizes student applications for now as the economy needs the students' money. |
Trueigbo:You can use your joint account for the Canada visit visa application. Include six months of bank statements. Write a brief letter explaining that the large transactions were for your brother’s house construction, supported by related documents. Also, include statements from your salary accounts and employment letters. Provide a detailed travel itinerary and a cover letter summarizing your visit's purpose and assurance of return. |

Success or refusal rate does not have anything to do with other people actions You very wrong let me give you an example mexican are visa free to canada but suddently due to high rate of mexican arriving to claim asylum the canadian govt cancel visa free agreememt with mexico. Please explain what you mean application is well package and meets all requirements and your application was completed truthfully it will be granted.?? As a firsttimer traveller how to achieve ur well package theory. So last year more were well packaged then high approval rate but this year poor package then high refusal rate?? Very funny explanation that lack logical and reality! |
tblaze007:Thank you for your perspective on this matter. It's important to clarify that the rejection of a visitor visa is not a downfall for any traveler. Can you honestly say you plan to return if your visa is granted? If not, you are part of the problem. I have no issue with any asylum seeker; it is the judge's job to decide your case. However, their abuse of visa terms is affecting other honest travelers now. That's the fact. Accept or reject it, or term it positivity or negativity; that's up to you. |
Based on the recent high refusal rate of visitor visas and what I have seen in GCMS notes, it seems that IRCC does not really disclose detailed reasons for visitor visa refusals beyond repeating the same generic phrase: "Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established," especially for first-time traveler applicants, even if you show a bank statement with 40 million. This trend may be influenced by the large number of asylum applicants who previously obtained visitor visas, now affecting recent processing methods. In contrast, student visa refusal notes tend to be more detailed. I will suggest that anyone looking to reapply for a Canadian visitor visa should first consider taking a trip to another holiday destination, such as the UK. Currently, obtaining a UK tourist visa is easier because of new rules where asylum seekers landing in the UK are sent to Rwanda. As a result, the British are more likely to issue visitor visas. Spending one or two weeks in the UK before reapplying for a Canadian visitor visa could improve your chances, as it demonstrates genuine travel intentions rather than repeatedly applying to visit the same destination.BUT as it stand now Canada is gradually making the visitor visa more difficult based on the current refusal rate! if anybody want to argue please if you have seen any gcms note within the last 2 month and well informed about the current asylum criss in Canada then you will understand the bases of your argument. |
TradeSunMoore:.Hello, new student coming to Canada. Please prepare how you will pay your school fees. The current job situation in Canada is critical in 2024, and you cannot depend on working in Canada to pay your school fees. It is so sad that after wasting time and money, many nigerian students cannot afford school fees and drop out of school to claim asylum, which the government has been cracking down on. Let’s be guided! |
beekind:That means, technically, if you are a Canadian citizen living abroad with your wife, she can apply for a visitor visa, stating that you plan to visit Canada together and then return, since you are not currently living in Canada. You should provide evidence of your marriage and that you live together, such as photos of your wedding with family and friends, evidence of your business, proof that she is enrol in a postgraduate program then explain why she is not applying for permanent residence (PR) now, and outline how you plan to fund the trip, such as for a honeymoon, birthday, or another reason, and then return together to your present location. Either way, the system will recognize her as the spouse of a Canadian citizen. However, nobody can say how fast the process will be since she is not applying for PR and a visitor visa together. |
beekind:The current processing time for a visitor visa is now six months. If she applies via the visitor route, IRCC does not classify birthdays as emergencies. While her studentship is not an issue, the main concern is why she is not applying for spousal sponsorship, as IRCC has prioritized family reunification. On May 26, 2023, IRCC announced new measures to strengthen family reunification, including faster temporary resident visa processing so that families can be together sooner while they wait for their permanent residence to be finalized. According to these measures, visitor visa applications will be processed within 30 days if you apply for permanent residence through spousal sponsorship. This means that if you apply for permanent residence via spousal sponsorship, which typically has a processing time of about one year, and then apply for a visitor visa, the visitor visa application will be processed within 30 days. This approach can significantly expedite the process of reuniting with your spouse in Canada. and no where it stated you need to be in canada to sponsor the PR for your wife You can be a sponsor if: 1.You are 18 years of age or older; 2.A Canadian citizen, permanent resident living in Canada, or person registered under the Canadian Indian Act; 3.You live in Canada or are a Canadian citizen planning to return to the country; 4.You are not receiving social assistance for reasons other than a disability; 5.You can provide for your basic needs, those of your spouse or partner and, if applicable, those of dependent children. |
Pat22:better to add your tax clerance receipt |
irookie:When the majority stumble, the path must be questioned, and widespread failure calls for a change in direction." That's my word of wisdom to you on your LMIA mission. No need for argument. Good luck! |
mvphenryeto5:I want to assure you that I am providing 100% accurate information, whether you choose to believe it or not, that does not alter the facts. I have lived long enough in Canada to see many situation, and the idea that your friend paid $5,000 for a job seems suspicious. It is not customary to pay for job in Canada, and with the current demand for Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), if someone tells you they are being sold for $5,000, then that smaller price alone is a bigger red flag but under normal situation You should not need to pay anyone for a job, and it's important that we convey the truth to our community. Some nigerians will arrive in Canada on visit visa and claim asylum to receive a work permit, but then falsely tell their friends back home that they changed their status to a work permit. Unfortunately, 98% of nigerian who come to Canada on visit visa hoping to obtain an LMIA and switch to a work permit either get scammed or end up claiming asylum ..with the current job situation in canada if any company throw advert for 20 health care job ,l can assure you that they will see over 100 applicant with full work permit tomorrow at their office doorstep so i leave the gambling to you to accept the fact or see it as discouragement on your lmia chase as others do and later get stranded on the asylum route. |
olaoluwa83:You can only ask for reconsideration of the visa application because it is a visit visa, not an emergency. IRCC can approve or reject your request because it is not a resident visa or a failed asylum claim, so an appeal on compassionate grounds does not apply to this case! |
favouredstar1:What reason for baby denial? |
Ndubestjude:You see how quack agent operate..a client told u he already have a visa application u did not ask info use maybe that one claim the guy is a medical doctor with 10 years expeneriencs going for a conference and the new agent go fill engineer or banker going for holiday ..u see how ban dey happen with all this agent gambling method! |
anid54:No need withdraw ur visitor application..just go ahead and apply ur student visa ,u still have a enough time if u apply this month..ircc give priority to student application and it all ok..it 2 different category of visa..visitor and study visa! |
AlbertCanada:Good arugment but How do you get a closed work permit if you are not employed? "Knocking at your door" is a metaphor. You have to file taxes as a closed work permit holder, or your work permit will not be renewed. Even as a SOWP holder, if you do not file taxes that you working, it will not be valid for extention. I am speaking from experience |
mvphenryeto5:Another big issue is that there is no way to confirm if the LMIA is real or fake until you apply for a work permit. If it's fake, you get a ban, and it's also a closed work permit. Some people will get the work permit after payment to agent only to discover there is no real job available. Then, the Canada Revenue Service will come knocking at your door to pay taxes based on the work permit you got, but there's no real job. Shine ur face well! |
Jeboy:"Sir, that is not how the law operates. The children are neither Canadian citizens nor permanent residents. When she got the visa, she knew the rules and should be prepared to follow them. The rules state that the spouse of a student who is not pursuing a Master's or PhD cannot live in Canada. Additionally, you explain how those kids will attend school and will make provision for child care and you will return to ur home country to continue working that what you stated when you apply visa . Extending her stay to take care of the kids is classified as child care in Canada, which is considered work. Even if the extension of her visitor status is granted, it could affect her work permit or future application when the spouse gets a PGWP. The rules are changing, and students need to be careful. Some students are currently being denied PGWPs because they did not complete their studies within the term of their visa as stated when applying for the visa. |
mvphenryeto5:You need LMIA to change from visitor to work permit...that Lmia is extremely difficult now and some are now selling it illegally ranging btw 25,000 to 40,000cad! |
Clapaudan:The mass approval of applications in 2022 and 2023 has backfired, resulting in a greater influx of asylum seekers. If you follow the news, you will see that it has become a political issue in Canada, with the opposition using it against the government. This approval method is seen as the main cause of the thousands of asylum seekers now in Canada. The opposition is calling for reform of the asylum process to make it faster and to speed up case processing and deportation. I am 100% sure that the mass approval of visit visa method will never happen again. Instead, they will likely opt for refunding application fees, which the opposition party said should have been done to avoid the current chaos and the associated costs for the government. With only one year until the federal election and current public opinion toward immigration , the current government will not take that risk again! |
Doublej805:The process of obtaining a student visa is relatively straightforward, but it requires substantial funding. Many schools now mandate the payment of the first semester's fees upfront. Additionally, affordable career colleges have stop recuirting international student due to the new rules, and the idea of working to pay tuition is increasingly challenging due to the current job market in Canada, the high cost of living, and the 20-hour work limit for students. Therefore, if you plan to study in Canada, it's crucial to be well-prepared financially. I've observed many students dropping out due to a lack of funds. Despite these challenges, the student and express entry routes remain the best options for relocating to Canada. |
DabDab:God will help your husband change to a master's program because as it stands, you can only stay for a maximum of six months as a visitor with no work status. After six months, you must either return home or apply for an extension, which is uncertain. Leaving four children with your husband who is a student, will pose greater challenges, especially when combined with part-time work to pay the bills in A country where u cannt leave child alone in the house.that new law affecting many couples and masters even more expensive. God will help everybody |
DabDab:Congratulation on visa approval based on ur husband student status in canada ,but l want to ask did you not qualify for sowp(spouse open work permit)? |
Ndubestjude:On your biometric letter ur UCI is on the upper left corner under the date |
Milezwadup:It's your choice whether to seek invisible lmia, just use the visa to visit, or asylum despite anybody's advice; individuals are portrayed as having the freedom to make moral choices and face the consequences of those choices in life. |
? Even if some occasions might be true must you mention them in everything you do??
