IngeniousLeez: LMFAO.... Based on what I've seen Avatar 2 is easily smashing past $1bn irrespective of the present state of the cinema business. It looks like what audiences have been saving up for. Big budget splurge fest. It's also sitting on a juicy holiday window.
It won't get 2bn but a billion is very doable. Let’s watch and see. |

oyaskii: Yeah...Huge.
Avatar (2009) was a big deal and made big bucks because of the magnificent CGI that seemed ahead of it's time back then. Tho not the first 3D movie, but it brought an immersive cinematic experience with 3D and James Cameron is such a big deal in filmmaking, his last flick before "Avatar" was the hugely successful "Titanic" so people wanted to see his next movie.
Fast forward to 2022 -Movie tech, VFX and CGI has come a long way so I don't think anything "groundbreaking" will be in Avatar: The way of the water to push it above $1Bn at the BO.
-The plot of the first one wasn't all that, and there's not enough story in it to warrant this sequel or the other sequels planned, so clearly most people ain't seeing this for any coherent plot.
-The most telling factor that is seriously against it making huge bucks is simply put that the "cinema culture is a dying breed". COVID 19 lockdown changed the game. After then, movies struggle to even cross $500m let alone $1bn. wokist and political agendas are on one side.
I might be wrong but I don't see anything yet in God's green earth that will make this movie gross $2bn. I’m glad that I’m not the only one that feels this way. I can bet money that avatar is not going to make up to a billion. I feel it’s just going to be a bit above 500 million. |

I like how Piers Morgan got his career back on track almost single handedly after he was sacked from the good morning Britain show.
I really enjoyed watching him grilling interviewees in that show. Though he sometimes goes overboard, but that’s what makes the interview more interesting to watch. |

abduleez1: Like..... I wanted to give the film an 8/10 rating or higher but cos of that plotline error I just decided to lower the score. If they even gave him a logical backstory like him being abused as a kid by probably a close relative. Thus grew into it. Then probably one event led to him actively seeking and killing kids in adulthood. We don't know what The Grabber wants or led to that. That was the weakest link in the whole movie. One is just left to assume and deduce his story themselves.
Bruh, you know the drill. I no dey take horror movies with spirituality, supernatural and occult dey play. They're the best horror for me. All these psychological and slasher horror no dey do much to me.
The only horror movie that's not under these genre that have gone up very high my horror all time list would be Train To Busan. have you seen “cape fear” featuring Del Niro? It’s a psychological/slasher horror and it’s very good and scary. |

A classic cops and robbers movie which has you rooting for deniro the quasi antagonist One of the best movies I have ever watched. Keeps you at the edge of your seat right from the beginning to the end. They don’t make movies like that again. |

pinkygurl: Anyone that suits your preferences. Personally, l use passfolio a lot. Because l can buy my favourite crypto also in addition to the stocks. I am not familiar with Trove interface , but l hear it is very good like Bamboo too. In addition to buying stocks, & trading stocks ( large depositors only .trading on passfolio not for $100 total stock only. They have a minimum to delve into trading ), One can buy Bitcoin, sand , Etherum and other crypto on Passfolio unlike Bamboo. That's why l personally like passfolio a lot. Stocks & crypto packaged in one app. But Bamboo tho, recently added some crypto ETF . for those who want to play on crypto space And add to their wallet or Trade. I am not familiar with Trove interface, tho as passfolio and Bamboo serves all my personal needs. So maybe sb familiar with Trove can highlight his favourite things about Trove, better. Please, do you advice Roqqu for trading? |

sportskid: If not for Messi, there wouldn't have been a goal to start with. He created the chance for that penalty. Mbappe and Neymar are just competing for fame. I just tire. Mbappe missed some easy tap ins that came as a result of Messi’s effort. You saw the one where Messi’s shot from outside the box hit the bar and fell for mbappe, and he missed it as well. |

Slynation: Ahhh...the same match I watched, how did Messi struggled?? Someone with a better rating than Neymer and Mbappe but got subbed off...
Madam leave Messi alone naw, your self acclaimed GOAT is currently a bench warmer who ain't even guaranteed coming in as a substitute in the next 5 matches but your problem is still Messi...very anyhow human being Though I didn’t watch the game, I saw messi’s highlights on YouTube. And I saw that he performed very well. Created more than 3 clear goal scoring chances, almost got a goal out of nothing, also played the pass that led to the penalty. So I was surprised when I saw this topic. |
