I really hope it works well on my skin.

It was a great shock to me ,my brother. My husband and I just visited him in his house, two days before his death, and there was no sign at all. He was his normal self, hale and hearty.
On Thursday morning, he called and asked me to fax a document to his son in Spain.
Na wao, we didn't know his death was so near; and he was still making arrangement for his late mother's funeral.
This life sef!

Loud No, May,i'm not single. Good to hear you aren't frustrated.
Why then are you mad at those with different views from yours? I think you should have just made this title a STATEMENT INSTEAD OF A QUESTION.

FamilyRe: Can U Marry A Lady That Has A Child by Afribiz(f): 1:45pm On Jun 18, 2008
Every matured person has his/her right to choice. Whether you marry a single lady with a child or the one without a child is a matter of choice, and that's no one's cup of tea, but yours.

But those of you saying that- the former are more responsible than the later need to wash their faces properly.Yes, they might not have planned to have a child before marriage, but how careful were they? Most of them lived reckless
lives, forgetting that "as you make your bed, so shall you lie on it". It is after making the mistake that their eyes clears, and then they'll start feeling as if they were victims of circumstances. What circumstance? were they raped? Some ladies intentionally allow themselves to be impregnated so as to lure the man into marring them, ie when they see that time is running out'. could someone please explain to me how decent that is?

In the case of the widows or widowers, they are not to be blamed at all, it wasn't by their making, so nobody is condemning them. They are exempted in this question.

amaechijay:
At the end of the day, even if Mr. President did not give him the money, they will set him up "big time" by transforming him from a carpenter to a furniture maker, how u see am
Exactly! i think govt. will do something to help this man. The N100,000 ransom he demanded might not be paid to him so as not to encourage this new pattern of threat; but they'll have to find out what actually is his problem, then try to help him out.

Let's not just sit down and be blaming this man. It's not been easy for so many average Nigerians, and the govt. is not showing any concern for the suffering masses. That was the man's way of protest; only God knows what he must have passed thru.
FamilyRe: Can U Marry A Lady That Has A Child by Afribiz(f): 10:06am On Jun 16, 2008
I'm surprised that some people are giving kudos to a single lady with a child. Do i hear you say they are more responsible and more decent? And who says abortion is being committed by every lady? I don't believe that.

Moreover, do you know how many issues those your so called RESPONSIBLE and DECENT ladies might have aborted before, and even after having a child? Let's call a spade a spade o jare.
CelebritiesRe: Blackfaze Has Become A Fraudstar by Afribiz(f): 1:24pm On Jun 13, 2008
@100 bars,
Everyone has freedom of expression, i only asked for details of what was posted, and it's a good thing you did that. But as i said, that's not enough to refer to ALL artists as scammers; and for your information, I'm a very young and vibrant lady, and i don't 'fool' around with any situation, so try and be more decent while writing. You don't have to be harsh.

I don't know Blackface personally, i only know him as a musician, and he was my favourite when he was with 2 face and faze. It's possible for someone to collect money for a job and fail to show up due to some circumstances beyond his control. That is why i insist that you have to verify the condition of things before making any nasty conclusion.

Well, if your proof is actually true, you could let the police into the case, and with the evidence you have at hand, i believe the matter will be settled. Nevertheless, you still have no right to call him such name.

nuzo:
Is Blackfaze your brother or boyfriend? grin
Non of the above. I just don't support tarnishing of one's image. Have you heard his own part of the story? It's so unfair to judge from one angle. I'm sure that if you call Blackfaze for an explanation, what he'll have to say will be entirely different from what you guys are saying here. So, please stop painting him black. By the way,who among you is a saint?

@ poster, is that enough to refer to all Artists as scammers?

FashionRe: How Wud You React If Someone Wore The Same Clothes As You At A Party? by Afribiz(f): 12:44pm On Jun 06, 2008
I had the same experience last week. A friend of mine and i bought exactly same top from someone that came back from China ( actually, i don't like China wears, but i just liked that design). I warned my friend not to wear hers to my office without first calling me and making sure i wasn't putting on mine that same day.

You know what happened? I was just sitting down on my seat in the office, only for her to walk in, wearing that top, which i happened to be also wearing mine. That was my first and the last time with the top. I simply gave it out.

naijababe2:
You're at a party with your friends, suddenly you realise that another girl is wearing the exact same dress as you are,

what will you do
I'll feel a bit uncomfortable, but will try to cordinate myself, as if i didn't even notice the other girl's existence.
FashionRe: Top Tips To Buying Gold Jewelry by Afribiz(f): 10:55am On Jun 06, 2008
Well, there's an hausa man that helps me take my gold to the goldsmiths for washing. His name is Sahabi. I haven't actually related with those goldsmiths directly, so i'm not sure of other services they are rendering, and if they're all hausas.

You can just go to Sahabi and he'll direct you. He stays in the Mr Biggs compound, opposite the burnt Tejuosho mkt.

Have you heard of Benkol bridals? They are one of the major dealers in bridal wears and accessories, as well as in gold jewlries. They have their goldsmiths and they offer efficient services. They have their branches all over town, but i'm more conversant with their Adeniran Ogunsanya branch and Alagomeji (queen's street) branch.

FamilyRe: Why Single Parent by Afribiz(f): 11:34am On Jun 05, 2008
Only about 2% of Nigerian women choose to be single mothers. The others see themselves into it out of their own wish. It could be that age was running out on them, or that they were impregnanted when they were younger, and the man refused to marry them.

In either case, they would've preferred to have their children under a matrimony.

im a christian but my dad is a a great one,its also a yoruba name and im not yoruba, the name sucks to me and other silly reasons huh
How come? Your dad is yoruba, and you're not? You need to explain more please. But in any case, just as demi said, go to the high court and swear an affidafit; you can also place it on the newspapers. Keep the documents for future reference.

Then go ahead and bear your new name. It's a free world, you know!
HealthRe: Food To Make Kids Fat And Healthy by Afribiz(op): 3:58pm On Jun 04, 2008
Thanks all for your contributions so far. I don't mean fat as in being obesed, but that of being healthy. I'm just okay if he adds up some flesh a bit, it will make him look more handsome and cute.
Okay, i'll go for more fruits, then if a paediatrician recommends any multi vitamin supplement, fine.

Any paeditrician in the house?
